CONS: Door is hard to open and close (normal for this size of a fridge)
Poor install so they squeezed the water line and since installation we have ~2 ice cubes per hour being produced 🙁

Really happy with the Thermador Freedom Fridge.
Feels like it’s really built to last.
Best Buy Installation scheduling let us down though. The
installers had an issue and couldn’t complete the install.
They took away the old fridge and left us without one. We assumed they would put us at the top of the list for the next
appointment but they didn’t come back for a week and a half.
And there were two failed appointments because they needed to send a 4 person crew and only sent 2.
In the end though the installers were successful and the
fridge looks great!

Ordered the fridge in January 2022. Delivered and installed September 2022. After waiting 9 months, the fridge was delivered and installed with the door hinged on the wrong side. Our fridge was ordered and specified to be hinged on the left and was delivered right hinged. We were told by the intstall people that someone would come switch the door. No one has come out to do this service. We have called and followed up multiple times. THIS IS NOT THE FRIDGE I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. Please contact me to get this situation corrected.

Terrible logistics and installation service provided by Bestbuy. I paid over 10K for this fridge, was told that I could get it in 4 months, but waited for 11 months until this item became available for me. Still till nowadays the fridge is still not evenly stand on my floor, and not functional.

We’ve had it for a couple of months now and I like it just as much as the Sub-Zero that it replaced. It runs very quietly and it stores fruits and vegetables well.
