    Love our new thermador refrigerator!!! Problem was the time to get the appliance. If you are doing a renovation make sure you go and order the appliances asap. Can take up to 12 months.

    We purchased this appliance Dec 11, 2021 and had it installed about 6mo later when it was delivered. As of October 2023, the fridge has stopped working and thermador is unable to repair it. We’ve had the tech come out 3 times, and reschedule/cancel 2 times. Parts aren’t delivered on time, and service takes at least 1 hour to get ahold of whenever you try and call.

    I’ve asked for a replacement or a reimbursement since the fridge hasn’t been working for months, but service refuses to acknowledge my request. It looks good, but avoid if you want an actually working fridge.
