Bought this Thermador panel-ready refrigerator from Best Buy/Pacific on 9-11. Great sales team, but everything downhill since then. Neither this product, not the other appliances in the kitchen suite purchase have been delivered. Best Buy keeps scheduling/cancelling, scheduling/cancelling the delivery and installation. This has caused thousands of dollars in cost overruns in kitchen remodel project and looks like it will now delay the remodel by four or more months.
Best Buy simply cannot handle a large purchase/installation. Use for the one-off purchases of a countertop microwave or Mr. Coffee, but anything other than that may cause you problems due to the lack of competence on the fulfillment of orders. Thermador has been of no help at their end either. Have been on calls with Thermador and Best Buy for more than 8 hours total.
Not to mince words, but complete incompetence. Hopefully, this will get all resolved and I might have some nice things to say, but with three cancelled deliveries this week along, I doubt it.

Positives; ice maker is good. Keeps the food cold. Negatives; door sticks so we have to shove it to get it to close and frequently is ajar. The produce drawers are quite shallow and we cook a lot with fresh ingredients so we find it is difficult to get things to fit. We’ve had it for 6 months now and Thermador service has come twice to address the ill fitting door, but last trip they said it keeps your food cold and the ice maker works so there is nothing they will do…expected more for 10K.

DO NOT waste your money on this! We waited soo long for this and it came none functioning! The fridge makes a loud grinding noise and stops working. Then it turns back on and starts cooling the next day! Terrible quality checks in the manufacturing of their products! Now waiting again for a replacement!
