Didn’t wind up using as a gift as there isn’t much info on the website around health risks related to people who have chronic illnesses or skin cancer risks, etc. Therabody website advises to consult a doctor. Think twice or do some more research if you are buying this for somebody with any health concerns first.

According to my wife, who has had other red light therapy mask, this one is her favorite. The massage is soothing and the red light therapy really seems to improve her skins appearance. That being said. I have tried it. My face is quite a bit larger than my wife’s and it doesn’t fit me well. It is slightly uncomfortable.

I’m optimistic that this device with prove to be worthy of the cost. Too soon to tell. I have other Therabody devices and they have been proved to be well worth the cost (Theragun Pro and Therabody pneumatic leg compression device). I do my research and I think i pays off in the long run.

I have now been using this for almost a month and starting to notice some small changes. It has definitely improved the overall tone of my skin and has started to improve my mild rosacea I have as well. It’s not night and day but it is working and I am happy with my purchase. Another plus is it’s adjustability makes it easy for my wife and I to both use the mask.

I got this for my wife as a christmas gift, but she is nice enough to let me use it too. I have vitaligo blotches on my face and after a week, I can already see pigmentation starting to fill in, and my wife’s face is looking clearer from the dark spots already. I just wish I had taken before and after pics, but honestly, I didnt expect fast results from this thing, especially with vitaligo within a week. Huge game changer!

I have been to my local store twice and both times they couldn’t even track the package or provide me a tracking number. I understand items being back ordered but if that’s the case then be honest with the customer about lead times.

The massage and red lights feel very relaxing and the mask feels sturdy. The fit is too large and heavy for my face so I have to hold the mask while using, all the massage areas around the eyes don’t touch my face at once because of how big it is. Wish it fit better.

I have been using it for 2 weeks. It’s easy to operate and battery does last many sessions. Vibration feature is not very useful. I have not used it long enough to know if it helps firming up my face or reduce wrinkles, hence only giving it a 4-star at this point.

I didn’t have it long enough to see results. I had it roughly over a week, however, in that time I did more research on RLT (red light therapy) and came to the conclusion that a red light panel might be a better value for the price range. While the mask is more convenient, the panels tend to be more powerful, can offer more wavelengths for more benefits, and can be used in different areas of the body. For me, that overrides the convenience of the mask. The massage feature was “meh”. Too loud, and not soothing/relaxing. I just turned it off.
In the short time that I did use it, my skin did feel smoother, and tighter, so I can assume that after an extended period results might come.
Overall I’m not sure the value is there for me. I decided to go with a red light panel for more power, more wavelengths, and being able to use it on whichever part of my body I want.

Plan on returning. It’s not really comfortable. The straps are not easy to use.
The vibration actually caused me to have a headache and I’m not typically a person to have headaches.
You can change the setting of vibrations but none of them felt relaxing.
It’s hard to spend $600 on a product and have to wait 3-6 months to see any real results and by that time. I can’t return it.
Also think it shouldn’t turn off after 9mins. So it’s a consistent restart
So given that the mask vibration doesn’t feel relaxing and having to wait such a long period of time to potentially see results, just not worth the risking $600 on.

I purchased this $599 TheraFace Mask during my visit to Miami before Christmas, intending it as a Christmas gift. I ordered it online and picked it up in the Best Buy store located at 550 N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. I didn’t open the package immediately since it was intended as a Christmas present. After Christmas, to my disbelief, I discovered that the expensive face mask was missing. Instead, the box contained what appeared to be a milkshake or protein shake wrapped with tape and sponges. This startled me, as the bottles seemed to have been opened and the caps screwed back on. I was uncertain about their contents and whether they might be harmful. I must retain the box as I need to address this matter with Best Buy. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and I am hoping that the contents of the two bottles are not harmful to anyone.
I promptly contacted Best Buy, but they advised me to return to the store, which wasn’t feasible as I had returned to another state. The customer service representative agreed to investigate the matter and assured a follow-up within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I received no callback after 48 hours. I made multiple follow-up calls. During my last inquiry, I was advised to dispute the charge. I have initiated the dispute but have not received any updates yet. As a loyal tech member who trusts Best Buy, I am perplexed about the incident and hope that Best Buy can conduct an investigation to identify the perpetrator and resolve my dispute as soon as possible. This is truly bothering me every day.
