    The home button doesn’t work. I always have to turn the tv off if I want to go from maybe Hulu to Netflix and then turn it back on so I can see my apps. I also don’t like that it is shiny black, it always has fingerprints.

    The Clicker does not consistently work. I’ve only had it for a short time. I’ve change the batteries multiple times. The on and off switch sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t work. The volume always works. I would not recommend buying this.

    I was unable to program this remote. Had a Geek Squad person to the house – Jared G – VERY knowledgeable. He let me know that this “Universal” remote would NOT actually be able to interact with my older (2009) Phillips DVD / VCR player.

    It’s okay. I miss placed my remote for my DVD player. And this fit the bill for the time being. Little too thin for my liking. The backlit buttons actually works. There’s no buttons for skipping to the next chapter or previous chapters, unlike other universal remotes. Only forward, reverse buttons. Along with play, stop and record buttons. Really? who uses the record buttons now?

    The customer service was great! This is the second universal remot I have purchased for my Sharp Flat screen. It stopped working after three weeks! When it stops pouring down rain . I will return it again.

    This remote control does operate all of our equipment, which is a wonderful thing. However, the buttons are so small that it is very hard to press the button you want without pressing at least two more. Additionally, the print on the buttons could be larger.
