    This soundbar sounds really good for the price. Rich and full. It doesn’t have “Dolby Atmos” but I really think that’s just a gimmick, especially in lower priced soundbars. My only real complaint is I wish you had more control over levels. You can’t adjust the subwoofer or rear speakers. Instead you have “Bass Boost” and “Surround Enhance.” Not sure how much they really do.

    But overall I think it’s a really nice soundbar for the price. Would recommend.

    Wonderful prodct, better than Sony $300 unit as this one has surround feature which is all the difference. Enjoy it with loud or quieter setting.

    I love this sound bar. Loud and crystal clear sound. The bass is great and the surround system sounds like your in a movie theater. Love it! Bass is so powerful.

    I bought this along with a 75″ TCL Q7. The TV is fine and I like it, this soundbar was not satisfactory. I figured I’d have no issues since they are both TCL products. I plugged the soundbar into the proper ARC HDMI port with the provided cable. I turned on the CEC settings, and I changed my audio outport to the ARC Port. Then I adjusted the input to the Magenta/HDMI color. Nothing. I contacted support and after an hour of checking, rebooting, etc, it still didn’t work.

    Other thing to note is the buttons don’t seem to work as intended? Pushing the inputs resulted in a blinking white light on the sound bar, instead of changing colors. The remote worked fine at first then felt like it was lagging and the sound bar wouldn’t change or anything.

    I may just return it, i’m pretty upset at getting something defective and brand new. It’s making me worry about my tv now.

    Don’t buy this product. Support wasn’t very helpful either.

    It is ok, but remove control does bot work well. Two small speaker sound are not affected/ matched much with the big one.

    Bought to go with 98 inch tcl tv but bass is drowned out and barely hitting looking to return and see if something with more theater experience on budget out there.

    Cable length for rear speakers not long enough. No way to extend due to TCLs proprietary plug. No optical cable included. Biggesr issue for me: no way to adjust rear speakers level, center channel level or subwoofer level. Whatever TCL decided is what you get. Very disappointed, not worth anywhere near $300!

    I bought this TCL soundbar system to pair with my new TCL 85″ which is great bythe way. I wish i could say the same for this sound bar. No BASS, NO Treble, you can’t even hear the satellite speakers, which is wired to the subwoofer. TCL missed on this one.

    I’m not sure what some others are whining about. I spent about 2 hrs installing it, just to make sure I did it right. Before I ran the calibration I could see what one person meant about low sound through the aux speakers. Once i calibrated the system I got much better sound. I connected my phone, started some music and then set the enhanced surround to “on”. This is the best sound I have ever had through a home system. I tried a couple of TV shows and had the same experience. I don’t know if this is “true” surround, but I am more than happy for the price.

    Sound bar is good quality could use a little more bass but I’m happy with my purchase , my only complaint is sometimes the remote doesn’t control volume and volume goes haywire but I turn it off then back on and it quits

    MEASURE THE SPEAKER, IT’S ONLY 5.5″ It’s very nice sound but I WANT TO FEEL THE BASS!!
    I talked to support for 40 minutes. The subwoofer is exactly as pictured, same weight and dimensions. Only problem is, it’s only a 5.5″ speaker. On the TCL website , on best buy website and EVEN THE BOX IT CAME WITH, it says “wireless sub with 6.5″ inch speaker.”
    Support was no help.
    GET A TAPE MEASURE, AND GO MEASURE IT. False advertising? I am disappointed. If this had the actual 6.5 inch speaker , and had a way to increase the bass while at low volume, it would be good. (through app and control can only increase base 5 decibles, and turn on bass boost but still is way to low)
    No wait to increase sub gain like on my other soundbar and computer speakers with sub(has a knob)
    Very dissapointed as I wanted to pair with my TCL Q7 tv. Guess I will get IZIO M-Series 5.1 Premium Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, Bluetooth, Wireless Subwoofer and Alexa Compatibility, M51ax-J6,
    Rtings.com rates it best soundbar under 300 dollars.
    and you can control the bass better I hope.

    I am going to exchange it. Has already stopped working, on and off function has stopped and Bluetooth connection does not even light up. Sounds great just is faulty

    The rear speakers and subwoofer never worked. Could not get them to pair with the soundbar. Also contact service tech for help and they tried every option. Dislike subwoofer and rear speakers have to be plugged into each other, also limit to where can position them. Returned system for refund. Purchase different brand from another retailer.

    Do not do same day delivery from bestbuy, didn’t get it in the mail and when I called them they offered a refund and got neither the refund or the product thank fully I was able to get the same exact products I ordered somewhere else for nearly $75 cheaper, the product is great just not bestbuy services

    Really good speaker for the price but keep in mind it’s really large and heavy not suitable if you keep moving from apartment to apartment
