Amazing tv for the price and got it as a demo price. Wow GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK!!! Not as nice as my sony z8h 8k tv but it was 5X the price also demo but sony panel fail 11 month in.

  5. Aubrey

Gorgeous picture. Great for gaming. It’s very heavy though.

  6. Ronny

Once the tv arrived for pickup, it was light weight and easy to set up. The remote was easy to manage. The tv has a great picture, brightness, and sound. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

  7. Suzzeq

Great color and picture. Geek Squad installed it. Very satisfied with the purchase.

  8. Nick

great TV, picture quality is nice. responsive. ROKU is nice. TV is heavy, get a good quality mount for it.

  9. kma17

TCL produces one of the most outstanding pictures on the market. Roku remote only makes TV watching that much better. I wish you could immediately go to your cable box rather than have to scroll over to it when turning it initially on. But that is a minor inconvenience.

  10. Toofer55

Great TV, color size and picture
    Sound is great too

  11. iPad

This television is great for gaming and watching shows.

  12. Kmdestiny

Beautiful picture! Love the functionality of Roku tv. So happy with our purchase.

  13. RoyB

I’ve had this TV since September 2021, and overall it’s been a “good” purchase. At the price point, you can’t go wrong. Working in the AV business, we’ve evaluated TCL as an option for our clients. Question for other owners, or TCL Experts, but I’ve noticed images of light colored horizontal lines on the screen. Maybe 4-6″ apart and about an inch in width. It varies depending on the image. The frequency of this happening depends on what’s being displayed on the screen. Just curious if others have experienced this with their sets.

  14. Pandaganigans

Overall this a good product. I think it is a little expensive for what it is. It doesn’t have all of the features of other TVs. The lack of ability to have a 2.1 HDMI is problematic.

  15. Gavin

Just what the title says.. Been disappointed from the beginning, but it’s progressively gotten so fed up in finally writing a review. I was happy with the TV at first, but the colors are sooo horrible on this tv I want to trash it and buy another completely different brand. The colors are all so horribly washed out everything looks like a dull shade of muted brown and gray. I’ve done extensive research over the last year trying to correct the colors of this tv using automated programs, thread post recommendations from other users. NOTHING HELPS! I’ve done multiple factory resets, tested other HDMI ports, but it’s even the streaming services. There’s no vibrancy to the colors whatsoever. And that’s just the picture! Don’t even get me started about the Airplay that has worked maybe 3 times in the year I’ve had it. I’ve got to hard reset it all the time because it freezes. Streaming is a nightmare because half the time videos never even load, but load completely fine on every other device on the same WiFi network. I’ve done multiple factory resets, software and firmware updates and nothing has helped. I wish it wasn’t way past the return because I’d spend the extra money to get an LG or Sony or just anything that’s an actual known name brand.
    Rant… over…

  16. Liger

Beautiful display and easy to set up. For the price, it’s really hard to beat this tv set.

  17. Nicole0012

The tv is exactly what I wanted and the price was excellent!

  18. Msfoxybee1

The set up was easy and The color in the tv is amazing, you will not be disappointed

  19. 24279102

This is a great tv. The picture is very clear and sharp. We are really enjoying it!

  20. CliffordC

Picture color started declining after one year. I just putchase a Samsung in its place.

  21. LydarisB

Great quality. This tv offers a fairly decent implementation of local dimming, with many zones on the larger sizes. It gets extremely bright, and can withstand any brightly lit rooms glare.

  22. ChrisP

The TCL TV is working out great, and is even better with the TCL sound bar.

  23. Alleycat

Excellent installation and great TV! Superior communications regarding everything.

  24. WalterW

Excellent 75” tv. Bright, sharp picture and a definite upgrade from our 65” model.

  25. RFM3

Compared to other models in this price range, the TCL delivers a super-crisp picture w/ unbelievable contrast. Very little pixelation & smooth motion are other top notch characteristics. Having the Roku platform built in is probably my favorite selling point!

  26. Easygoin83

Very large tv decent quality for the price plenty of hdmi ports. Within two weeks noticed a pink line horizontally moving up the screen from bottom amongst tv screen going black for like 3 seconds while playing xbox series x

  27. YYBuyer

Going strong after one year. Great picture quality for the price. No regrets. Lots of fun and joy from this purchase.

  28. JanJ

Its been a good TV. The picture was adequate but the mainboard failed a couple of times.

  29. JoeD

Great for the first year; serious discoloring after just 18 months. Wouldn’t recommend TCL.

  30. RandyR

So….. in store this looked really decent with it bright colors and vibrant effects. It wasnt until you watch a dark action movie when you see it flaws. Blooming is definitely obvious if local dimming is even on low dont try high, the motion blur is terrible no settings fix it just makes its worse, and top it off the hdmi was supposed to be 120hz and wasnt until recently i tried to adjust and realized somehow mine has all 60hz when advertised it has 2 120 ports. Only good thing is the color definitely not good for fast moving or dark pictures ive bought a bought a bunch of tvs from best buy and this is the worst one ive ever had.

  31. KenreeseD

I am not a high tech person, I got a ROKU TV because they are supposedly easier to use than some other platforms of smart tv. This is true! I have ONE CHORD, the one that plugs into the wall and that’s it, and thats enough right there! I have owned this for over a year . The picture is awesome and one of the reasons I got this tv was the sound was rated good and didn’t need a sound bar that’s back to the no wires or other stuff to mess with. The only problem I has was the remote drained batteries like overnight, I fixed this by using the app remote, which I have found to be excellent. I often listen via my AirPods off of the remote app and when I get a call it pauses the show and I can answer the phone without having to mess with other stuff. A friend has a newer setup and the remote is a plug in to recharge and he had had that same Roku remote problem before but not with the new remote. the next TV I buy will be a Roku tV for sure. It was easy to mount to the wall as well, I was able to use my previous mount

  32. NonnoB

Almost from the start, I struggled with the color balances. Red looked pinkish and when I adjusted the red, the bright yellows were off. Some time later, the right side of the screen started to appear greenish, which was especially noticeable on someone’s face tone. I finally called the geek squad after about a year as I fortunately paid for the extended coverage. They noticed the issue right away and took the attached photo. The screen image was slowly degrading such that it couldn’t maintain yellow. Best Buy exchange provided great service in getting the set replaced. I went with an LG OLED C2 and couldn’t be happier. Bottom line: you get what you pay for.

  33. 84GCock

The picture quality of this set at its price point is unmatched.

The one thing I would point out is the issues we’ve had with the electronics. I’ve had problems with the volume control, difficulty with streaming (from my phone), buffering from google tv and other electronic hiccups. This is clearly where TCL cut some corners.

  34. Seth

Very disappointed with this TV. I’ve had other smaller TCLs in the past which have been fine, but I would strongly advise against buyinga large TCL.

I bought this 75-inch model, and after less than 1.5 yrs of casual use, a gigantic green blob formed in the middle of the TV (see pic), making it extremely distracting to watch.

[For reference: The picture on the TV is a snow scene where all of the shot should be white. The green you see is the TV burn-in.]

From my research many others have reported this issue – it seems to be a design flaw that (at this size of screen) where the TV does not circulate/vent heat properly, leading to large burned in blobs (typically green and in the center of the screen).

Very disappointed in TCL and Best Buy, because after hours of back and forth between the two, and spending $2k on this “long term investment”, I was told that nothing can be done and I have to eat the cost for this damaged TV.

Since this is a common occurrence with TCL TVs – and seemingly a design issue – I would expect TCL to own up to it and refund thier customers when this happens. From now on I will be staying far away from TCLs!

  35. BarryM

This TV is incredible! I own the higher-end LG C1 OLED and for almost half the price the picture is indistinguishable. Seamless access to Apple TV+, HBO, Netflix, Prime, etc. Renders Atmos content perfectly. Even in regular HD the National Parks series on Netflix is so sharp, bright, and vibrant you feel you can touch the animals.

Requires a free Roku account, you can skip the credit card entry, and turn off marketing options; I gave them a unique email so I know they haven’t mis-used it even after a year. Super easy to use, responsive remote.

Although a lesser-known brand, TCL does have robust customer support: I bought this with their soundbar and had compatibility issues which I was able to demonstrate by sending them a video clip, they sent a technician to my home and when that didn’t solve it, after a bit of pushing shipped me a new TV. (Side note: their 3.1.2 Alto 8 is wicked)

I was not expecting it to be this good. I would buy another one.

  36. AbrahamO

Amazing quality, great picture and sound, quick responsiveness from UI

  37. KaileighS

No issues at all. Great TV. Only thing that could be better is the angle view. Great color! Love watching sports on it. Crisp! Overall – great tv for the price!

  38. ThomasO

When my son told me about this TV I was yeah Right but then I remembered that it was a LG last year model went on Vacation and saw that my Cousin had the same one he said the same to me Great TV

  39. Mdc313

Love the TV, its huge and works great. The Ruku remote works flawlessly with minimal lag.

  40. Trevor

The only issue I’ve had is it has trouble connecting to wifi occasionally.

  41. TadB

Excellent tv great picture quality for the price would recommend

  42. Eric

The picture is decent and it WAS fairly reliable but for the past month it has not been at all. I paid a LOT for this TV ($1,300) in July 2022 considering its just 75″ but most likely I paid a COVID premium, who knows. The MAIN problem is that for the past 4 weeks, whenever I try to watch live (antenna) TV the entire system locks up, then after a few minutes, it reboots itself.EVERY time. EXTREMELY annoying . This is my first TCL product and I was admittedly a little nervous since I have always purchased Sony, Samsung , LG and Vizio TVs and now the TCL wins as the most unreliable TV I have ever owned due to the live TV problem. I have rebooted, updated software, hard reset and soft reset to no avail. I got 1 year and three months, spent $1,300 now I need to find another TV.

  43. BrianM

Very good quality at a very good price. Love the Roku interface.

  44. RichP

Great television, picture is amazing and software is stable. Very bright and 4k looks awesome.

  45. EdSan

TV developed a black spot .. and color in the middle of TV .. TCL does not care .

  46. DonS

DO NOT BUY!! Panel went out less than 2 years after purchase and support wasted my time doing diagnostics just to tell me to take to a local TV repair shop.

  47. Finny

Awesome TV! Highly recommend! Best bang for your buck

  48. Darryl

Love my tv works great i had it over a year + now with no issues

  49. Jay32Live

The setup was great when I initially purchased the tv. Hung it up on the wall, picture looked great. Gave me a good year of good quality, but since then nothing but issues. It developed a large burn in spot right in the center of the screen, apps started to crash sporadically, literally just a month after warranty ended. Couldn’t find a good repair price and since it was outside of warranty time we lived with the burn in spot and app issues. Tv lasted another 6 months. Pop, the tv is dead. Gone. Doesn’t turn on anymore. I know this model may no longer be in stock but if it shows up anywhere, avoid it at all costs. This one is waste of money. TCL makes great TVs 55inch and smaller, (my 2020 55 inch is still awesome and has no issues). Anything bigger can’t be trusted.

  50. JasonW

Almost 2 years old and tv is still going strong. Picture quality is amazing and with the built in Roku I was able to ditch the firestick. Sound is lackluster but most flatscreens are now days. Get a good soundbar and you’ll be set.
