    Works perfectly on my Pixelbook Go and should work with most other Chromebooks. Also works on my Windows machine. Build quality is great and I like the port selection.

    It is working very well but the surface material quality was not very good; I saw lots of scratches only after a few days of using on the surface! Also I think if it has a small cover or if the cable was portable at the both sides was better for carrying in your bag.

    I wish I had look at this mood closely befor purchase, I concentrated on the number/type of ports. With the ports being on both sides cord management can be a challenge, Also wish the cord on the device was longer for greater flexibility in placing away from the laptop

    I purchased this yesterday and the HDMI-connected monitor turns off for about 30 seconds and on for about 10 minutes. I replaced the HDMI cable and it still turned off and on. I swapped the docking station with another one we had in the house, and the monitor worked fine. I narrowed the problem with the specific docking station. I looked online and noticed that this is a complaint the company has addressed so I’m sure it happens to a lot of their products – not just a one-off faulty item. I’m planning to return this docking station and getting one that works, which will likely be cheaper.

    They don’t work great with MacBooks, I connected to my MacBook Air and the display in the monitors was turning black every 5 minutes. As if there was no signal. Had to return them.

    So happy I found this adapter for the price I did because of the sale they had that day, most importantly it supports both monitors and that’s hard to find with the Mac air and still has a few usb as well. I apologize for the mess in my pictures but look at that resolution it provides nothing like my previous adapter and computer.

    Bought this last summer when I transition from WFH to hybrid. Worked great for 15 months and then suddenly died this week. This was the only docking station available in-store at my local BB and I had to pay full price at the time. Disappointed in the short lifespan given the original cost. I only used it for monitors and that worked fine, cannot say if the transfer speed for other delivers worked well or not. I’ve had other Targus products without issues over the years. I will likely not buy another one of this brand or model as I would prefer one that plugs in directly to the wall for power.

    This docking solution only support single display on macbook. Even with two html ports, the two monitors can only mirror the display. The official website described this compatibility issue with macbook. But bestbuy did not explicitly mention this in the description.

    On Mac m1 – after screen goes to sleep and you wake it – the screen in external monitor will keep cycling on and off. Won’t stop until you unplug and plug it back in. Submitted bug to Targus – they’ve done nothing to fix the issue

    I like the design and the dongle is pretty small. The only issue is if you have a headphone with usb connection the mic wont work on it. If its through to 3.5mm plug it will work.

    Many docking stations struggle to output at 4k, even when they are rated for it. This one gets great throughput even when you’re putting all ports to work. Great for travel or connecting a handheld gaming system like the Ally or Steam Deck.
