    This is a great product that not only keeps my laptop charged, but other electronics as well. The multiple adapters plug firmly into the charger, which has been an issue I’ve encountered in the past. This charger, in my opinion, will last many years, and charge many of my electronics quickly.

    This is a good charger, however, the manufacturer should alert on the outside package that additional tips or replacement tips can be ordered online or by phone. I only needed a tip to replace the one I had on my other Targus laptop charger due to accidental damage.
    In addition to asking Best Buy associates in store and looking at this new packaging, it was deemed necessary that I would need an entirely new charger, which is costly.
    After I purchased the item, INSIDE the box was a flyer about a tip replacement program that Targus offered. By the time I was able to utilize that service and receive the tip, the time in which to return the new charger purchased at Best Buy had expired.

    I really didn’t know this existed until I googled it, but I’m glad it does. It was just what. I needed since my charger for my laptop stopped working. It’s a plus to know if I get another one, I can use this one with the adapter.

    Doesn’t fit or work. Said it was for my HP. Never worked. None of tips fit my hp. I want my money back. Too expensive for what I got.

    None of the connectors fit my Asus laptop even though the package said that it would. They did enclose a card with a customer service number for getting a different connector at no cost. Easy call, friendly people, showed up in about 10 days or so.
