It seems fairly well designed and holds a decent amount. The fabric is thin and does not provide much padding for your tech gear. Targus quality has really gone down.

Complete garbage and a waste of $ even on sale at $12. I stored my charger in here and put a waterproof jacket over the bag. When I got home the bag had puddles in it and my charger was soaked. If my computer was in here I would be out thousands of dollars. I emailed the company about a warranty replacement and all they offer me was a 20 percent off a full price bag. Garbage bag and garbage support. Never again.
