After all these years waiting for a closer tower to be installed , can finally use cell phone at home, can finally cut landline that has not worked properly since last years hurricane .From no bars to 4 inside the house! Welcome to the 21 st century! A product that works as advertised. Surecall support team responded quickly to issue I had and resolved it! DIDNT GIVE 5 STARS ONLY BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HAD LONG ENOUGH TO SEE DURABILITY.

Didn’t boost the signal as much as I hoped, garbage in garbage out I guess.

I perched this cell phone signal amp because I have little or no signal bars on my cell phone, Easy insulation with no surprises, and was on sale. After insulation I have 4 bars signal with no dropped calls, so for.every thing is good.

It was very easy to set up took 15 minutes once I found the right cell tower. It does boost the signal great but for some reason it only works on like a 4ft circle around the booster box. Went from 1 to 3 bars of LTE in my living room but u have to be close to the box. Maybe with a better antenna it would boost the range, but for $500 kinda expected better.

No problems so far. We get four bars now,before we was zero to two at best.
Works –
We now have cell service in our house, without this we had to go outside to get service. Read the installation instructions on line before buying, you will need to put a pole up, obtained separately, in order to mount the outside antenna. You will need to know where the nearest cell tower is so that you can orient the antenna correctly. You need to have some installation skills, it took some experimentation to locate in the right spot.

Did not expect much. Nice surprise. We have it only a few feet off the ground beside the metal building. Just to see if it would help. We have a fifth wheel parked inside a metal building. We couldn’t even make a phone call inside the building, let alone sitting in the 5th wheel. Internet was a complete joke. So we didn’t expect much.
At just a few feet off the ground we are able to use our phones and the internet inside now.!!! We will be mounting it in a more permanent position, now that we know it works.

Hard to tell if it’s improving reception. We have a pretty weak signal at our campground. i was hoping to boost enough to stream. It’s still intermittent.

Works as advertised, live in rural missouri with poor signal. With the Surecall cell booster I’ve improved signal by 50%. Best investment yet!
