Had a different model that lasted around 4 years. Decided to try this one out and am disappointed because it didn’t increase my signal strength

If you don’t have cell service in your front/back yard this will NOT help. This product only brings your service inside the house. It does not increase your cell service. We have 1 to 2 bars outside, we have 1 to 2 bars inside.
Gsnazzy –
It boosted the signal well but was pretty difficult to set up seemlessly without drilling a lot of holes and putting in a decent amount of time.

Works fairly well. Only a small amount of problems.

By reviewing all of the ratings for this device, I thought it would work well in my area. It offered little or no signal boost. I returned the SureCall – Fusion4Home Omni/Whip to the store today.

Only works if you have a signal. Easy to install if you’re handy with tools.

Outside my house I get up to 3 bars cell signal but only 1 bar inside because of new foil faced sheet insulation on the walls. I installed the outside antenna high on the gable wall facing the nearest tower and installed the receiver in a room with one un-insulated wall dividing it from my living room. I only got a one bar boost.
Better than before but not by much

I live in an all metal house. I had good cell signal outside but not inside my home. Installed this and now no more weak signal. Was simple to plug in. Deciding where to put it for best operation was the best operation was the most time consuming.
Would definitely buy again

Took it to Mexico and it works with T-Mobile phones as well the local market phones in receiving signal where you usually don’t get signal out in the rural areas.
The place of visit is a cement based house. Walls, floor and roof/ceiling. So very few weird parts of House and area around get signal for that matter.
Real easy to set up inside, Connect power cable to receiver/extender box and white coaxed cable on other side to connect that to white antenna.
I do recommend to watch 1 or 2 YouTube vids on how to set up and download app to find out where nearest cell tower is to point antenna for max signal reception.

Installing the SureCall Fusion 4 Home/Omni has made a huge difference in our ability to communicate to and from our cabin using Verizon and ATT cellular services.

Easy to install. So far it works better than our other surecall for signal while using data. Phone calls are still an issue. We placed it on the corner of our house closest to the nearest cell tower. We have dead spots in our house, so we’re still working out the kinks.

The good.
Seems to improve cell signal within 30’ of the transmitter. Exterior antenna mounted 10’ above roof line.
Simple to install & commission.
The bad.
Also seems to cause some interference with my cable modem, located about 3’ from cell booster.
Cost is a little high.
Manual is Miss leading , you do NOT need to notify cell service provider.

I purchased this because the AT&T service where I moved to was intermittent at best. Sometimes I would have 2 bars, but most the time I had one or none, and could not get incoming calls. Outgoing calls as well were dropped if I could get out. So Once I set it up to recommended 25ft separation of the two components and as high as I was willing to go, even my neighbor was happy to have better reception. I now have most of the time 3 to 4 bars and I am no longer dropping calls.

Doesn’t provide the service we hoped for, we live in rural area where cell phones service is not the best. This didn’t help enough to justify the price. If it were not already installed I would return.

This unit works great. It boosts the cell signals for ALL carriers at our Home.
