    When I bought this open box item it didn’t even have the microphone it said it brought. I’m too busy to stop by do it’s so inconvenient that this happened. 1st out of a million times tho.

    The lighting is pretty great for my first ring light. My biggest issue was connecting the ring light to the tripod. It doesn’t seem very secure and doesn’t connect all the way which is unusual to have something just tightening without being locked in. It’s a bit pricey for what it is but if you use it often, then I’d say it pays off.

    The ring light is poorly made. The cover over the light snaps right off if touched a certain way. Not durable and I would not recommend purchasing this brand.

    Works great, but could be a little sturdier. The Ring light itself works well and mounting cameras or cell phones is really easy. The tripod is rather flimsy and you may want to consider a another tripod if you are going to be using this product a lot.

    Don’t waste your money. Cheap plastic makes the bracket that holds the ring light onto the tripod virtually useless. Didn’t get around to using the mic. The only useful thing in this was the bluetooth remote for phone cameras. Tried using it for a couple weeks, but it’s such a cheap piece of plastic that I’m returning it this week.

    Great ring light! Stand is sturdy; light hue changes allow you to play with the right light and brightness. I took the best Christmas pictures this year— loaded my iPhone on the clip, set the timer and bam! Used for live sales too and the sound is excellent. Purchased on sale for around $100– such a deal.

    Broke within a day! Hard to unscrew phone holders! Just not the one!

    Tripod legs broke and flatten out. Will not stay standing upright. The rivet holding the legs to the pole fell out within 3 days of opening. Also, tripod was stationary from day one in a house and was not used to travel with nor used outside ever.

    Bought it for my mom so she could become a youtube star. She’s not a star yet, but that’s of no fault of this thing. I can’t really review ease of use as i dont live with my mom, and she’s codependent and wouldn’t tell me it sucks. I know i didnt figure it out but didnt try hard

    It is not worth it. The ring light attaches to a section that is not flexible and easily worn down. Look at the LumeCube flexible arms instead. I missed the return window unfortunately.

    Overall works well! Don’t really use the RGB lights, but it is nice to be able to change the warmth of the light. Remote is nice as well, just has to be VERY close to work and seems like it takes a few pushes of the buttons to actually turn the light on/off or adjust lighting. Easy to assemble and comes with extra mounts which is nice.

    Not that great . The light has tons of marks on it and the lights was not that bright . Very light will need to put something at bottom to be heavy . I had to return it .

    The light was excessively bright on my face, making it difficult to use. It didn’t contribute to image improvement, and certainly wasn’t suitable for green screen work, nor even for vlogging.

    I film a lot of self-tape auditions. My ring light broke and I needed a replacement asap! I found the Sunpak 18” light here on sale and it has been a great light. It is very strong and has so many options. You can control the brightness, change the color temperature and it even has a cool rainbow party mode that I’ve used to post on social media. I think it is the perfect size and the stand is sturdy and easily adjustable. The shotgun mic was a cool little bonus as well. If you’re an actor photographer or social media influencer this is a must have at a great price!
