Swapped out the part that connects to the radar detector from my broken one. It works great. Got one from the factory ant it broke after 2 days. This unit is much better.

Works great with my model Escort, keeps my RD mounted up behind the rear view mirror. It’s one of those ‘gotta have’ items. I expect it may only last a year as this is my second one, the internal spring mechanism broke on my first one after 1 year.
