Very comfortable and a ton of equalizer settings using the software! The adjustable strap is easy to use and not bothersome after long-term wear. We returned our Razer Blackshark V2’s for these after a horrible experience with the mic software and we don’t regret it!

My son has been using this headset since Christmas Eve. He is already having issues with it not working . The mic won’t work . It will not connect to the PC unless is is through the Aux. it will not charge . Very disappointed considering the amount it cost . Will not purchase this brand again .

I play PS5 online a lot and I’m constantly being told how good and clear everyone can hear me so it seems the mic is great and as far as the speakers so are they. And comfortable to wear. I just don’t like that I have to unplug the wireless transmitter from my PS5 to hear sound thru the TV.

The product seems to be very good, but I never had the chance to try it. i ordered it on Christmas for my son, the order was delayed at first, and the day after was showing as “delivered” with just a picture of the package and a floor behind that I don’t recognize. But it wasn’t delivered. Never got it. The asked me what I wanted to do, I told them to sent me another one, but they didn’t have the product on stock anymore, so the only option was a refound. And now they are send me a lot of emails to review the product that I never had.

The headphones are very comfortable, the headband strap especially. The wireless adapter has been giving me a lot of trouble though. I feel for the $200 price tag having to unplug the adapter from the PC every now and then shouldn’t be happening. But other than that it’s all around a pretty great headset. Would recommend if you can get it on sale. If not the Arctis 7P is a much better option for this price range

I have had the headset for about 5 months now and they have been alright, except for the fact that they randomly turn off right in the middle of me playing a game or watching a video. As well as the fact that they just won’t turn on sometimes. I would not buy this again, and WILL NOT be using any steel series headsets in the future. Definitely going back to wired headsets

The sound quality on this set is incredible i hear things i haven’t heard before with other headphones. Super comfortable as well I’ve worn them for up to 5 hours straight with zero aches or tension on my head. It also blocks outside sounds reasonably well. If these are on a deal they are a must grab.
