Warranty 2/5 – Where to start, even if you tell them it’s dead and doesn’t respond they will still require you to make every effort to ensure this is a true statement even go as far as sending them a video of you trying. Then they make you send 5-10 photos, and that is after the run around with 3-4 agents lol. After a week of back and forth they finally replaced but give you a credit that has to be use with the original product if it’s in stock, and it took days to get the code they sent us to work, then took almost a week to get the mouse to us. SO after almost 3 weeks of hassle we got it replaced. If you have sweaty hands i highly do not recommend this product.

I honestly didn’t think I’d like this mouse. I thought it was simply too much and it was trying to reinvent the mouse but boy was I wrong and I’m glad I took the leap of faith. I ended up buying 2 because I wanted to keep the special edition ghost on forever. By the way, this is the 2022 edition and has the revamped style so it’s really really good! But yeah, I am sorry to have doubted Steel Series before. I am not being paid to say any of this either. I wish I was though. I’m in love with Steel Series now.

Awesome wireless mouse. First time ive dived into the lightweight mouse sphere but dont regret it!
My recommendation is to keep the rgb off on the mouse however as it turns from roughly 4ish hours of battery life to about weeks of life.

It works good and battery last longer on Bluetooth mode. I downloaded the engine app and unchecked the power saving light feature (that makes it blink when it moves and lights up) because it was annoying me. changed the speed also it comes in the slowest setting so it was better when I figured that out

Does not need the weight from RGB, you don’t look at your mouse when playing. Holes in the shape is proven to be a bandaid for worser engineering, look at logitech, razer, Lamzu, Pulsar etc. Weight is very front heavy. Very scratchy mouse feet and crunch/grindy coating between the left and right click.
Overall, can’t complain about the performance and value though!

I had this product for a month and it broke. I reached to steelseries and have jumping through hopes just to get this exchanged which ended up not being exchanged because after you send them what they ask for they will keep asking for more. Just go to razor, their product lasts longer than a month

I’m a huge steelseries fan and have a couple of these mice laying around. I picked this one up for the translucent ghost color. If you’re an RGB Stan, 10/10 recommend for the glow alone. My other Aerox mice look nothing like this bad boy, it shines bright and is super lightweight, comfortable, and awesome for gaming. Best all-around mouse for anyone.

Love the mouse me and my son got one each i use mine for work he uses it for his gaming love the steel series engine captures game play highlights, may need be careful with the capture as it can easyly fill up storage if gaming alot , intial set up had issue mouse laggy or disconnecting but after it worked no issuue

Really good mouse with good software from steelseries. I have no issues so far with this mouse being so lightweight and sweat friendly. The RGB shines beautifully with this mouse but after some time if you add pressure on the left click button near the mouse wheel there’s this annoying creaking sound.

Cool mouse, however….all LED and Customization functionality only works with the large usb-c adapter. I bought this to work with my new gaming laptop using Bluetooth (I promise you will not notice a latency difference). No Bluetooth functionality was confirmed via SteelSeries support.
I also noticed that any time I set the mouse to green, it was a very blue green. Like…. green wasn’t possible for some reason.
Other than that, it was the lightest mouse I’ve ever used.

I was worried that because of the specs of the sensor that it would be a downgrade from my deathadder v3 pro, but this thing feels so natural. This is a lovely sensor that has great range, reliability and battery life. I think im officially only buying steelseries mice. This thing was a fraction of the cost of the dav3 pro too.

It says honeycomb, but its little squares. I know its nitpicky but that was make or break for me so i returned. It was also really cheap feeling and wasnt even wireless comparible with my pc. I wanted cordless and i went for honeycomb because it would have matched my hyperx mic, both of those elements were false advertizing lol. Lesson learned, double check pictures and specs before wasting a christmas sale!
