Excellent for what I needed. Disinfecting clothing and bedding after a bed-bug invasion. Bugs seem to be gone, but if we see another, it will be quick work to remove once again.

Originally purchased to eradicate small bed bug issue, but have used to steam everything from baseboard heaters to carpets and even stove. The large reservoir allows a solid 45 minutes of cleaning.

This item did not work as I had expected or hoped for.I thought it would actually clean things not just kill germs with steam. If you think it’s going to clean and remove dirt grim, etc… Good luck it did not to anything for me. After using the steam on the floor with the pad the pad still looked new but now just wet.

I love this steam cleaner. It comes with several different attachments for a variety of cleaning jobs. It even comes with attachments to make it a steam mop! Overall a great buy!

Very well built, yet light weight. All the accessories fit well and easy to use. Window squeegee makes cleaning gross windows much easier, steams right off all the little kid goober and fingerprints.

It steams and does most common jobs. One brush wore out after the first use but when I called they not only replaced it but sent me extras at no cost. Seems to do what was promised.

I am impressed by the steam jet and temperature this thing generates, with a nice set of accessories and different adaptors. Work quite well for cleaning and disinfecting purposes. Pretty simple to setup and use. I’m just not very impressed with the quality of some of the accessories. I used the sponge attachment once and the sponge disintegrated. You can buy spare parts and standalone accessories on their website, but I haven’t checked the prices yet…

This appliance has to be the best steamer I have ever owned. The price for this model is a great value. Rhere are several attachments that it comes with. Not only can it clean upholstery and carpet stains, i used it to remove some stubborn wallpaper i was having trouble with. Overall very happy with my purchase.

This is one of the highest quality appliances that I own. Quickly generates very powerful steam. The first time that I used it I ended up going on a cleaning bing of all sorts of things in my home. The steam is very common very strong strong and the accessories are eating yet are each very well suited for whatever task you have.
It really is important to always use to always use distilled water. Just buy 5 or 6 gallons at a time the time to keep on hand.
