    I bought the washer and dryer that this products stacks, but it was not recommended. So, when the installers came to deliver and install the washer and dryer, they could not complete the install. They informed me that the stacking kit was required. It would be a nice question to propose when buying the washer and dryer so that the buyer can know. I doubt a lot of people are buying 24in washer and dryer that are not stacking due to space restrictions. This all delayed our ability to get the washer and dryer installed when we wanted. It was quickly resolved but sent to the warehouse and not to my house, so that caused more confusion and a longer delay. Overall, I was disappointed that it wasn’t handled as best as it could have been.

    Like other reviewers, I purchased this washer/dryer set with plans to stack the units. When the installers came today, they told me that they did not have the stacking kit.

    I ordered these units over the phone with an appliance “specialist” who assured me that I had everything in my cart that I needed. Now I have to go pick up this kit at the store, bring it back home and stack the units myself…. I’m very frustrated.

    Fits the 24inch washer-dryers- MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY your washer dryer width! Best buy can auto-add the wrong one for you, especially if you’re looking for company stackable washer/dryers.

    Its a small part- but very well made. Simple.

    The Samsung washer was delivered on time, well packaged and with all associated parts. I declined to use the Samsung provided hoses as they were plain rubber and not wire sleeve protected. The installation was simple and straightforward. The washer was purchased along with the matching dryer to replace the current stacked washer/dryer set in the condo laundry closet. The fit of the new Samsung was snug, but o.k. The snug fit did make accessing the leveling feet a bit difficult. I purchased the Stacking Kit which made mounting the dryer on top of the washer an easy task. You could probably get by without the Stacking Kit, Velcro self stick pads, heavy duty tape, but your installation would always be questionable. If for some reason the washer did a floor walk because of a severely unbalanced load, you might find that the washer had tried to dump the dryer, The Stacking Kit, because it is simple to install, will make any eventual maintenance requiring separating the units a much easier job. When deciding if I would purchase the Stacking Kit, I thought the price a bit high for a couple of pieces of metal and some bolts, but it turned out to be well worth the price. Satisfied customer.

    This item was charged to my my account After Best Buy determined that they couldn’t attached my old dryer (Kenmore) to the new washer and they couldn’t deliver the Samsung Dryer because I had a 120 voltage but needed 240 voltage. Refund the $43. Stacking kit. And $188.84 delivery on 4-27-23 and another delivery charge. $99. 5-22-23. You only came and delivered once on 5-22-23

    The machines are connected – the stackers stack appropriately. I didn’t have to do anything – the installers did all the work. Machines are not coming apart.

    Only took them 10 minutes.

    The men who delivered this kit did not know how to use it. I had to show them that the cushions that protect the washer, by being inserted into the dryers feet. They wanted to remove the feet.
