    This register with customer display has been wonderful for our mobile coffee shop. The customer display is very handy to allow the customer freedom to see and complete the transaction by tap, swipe or dip of their card.

    Works ok for the firts 2 years. After warranty expired is a piece of trash. Square Customer
    Support is so bad. The hung up the phone on me with no real answers. And they just want you to buy a new one.

    We own three of these machines. After 1 year one of the front panels stopped working had to have it replaced. Square stood behind their product and replaced the whole unit free of charge. It’s easy to set up and with picture references on each item makes it flawless for anyone to use the register easily.

    This is our replacement Square Register, the last one we’ve had well over 3 years and it was running slowly no matter what we tried, including a factory reset. The new one is very fast and responsive and we love it!

    Second one I got – the first one after a week would not accept the numbers. I returned it , got another one and the same thing is happening. Very slow when putting in the password – then suddenly they all turn up. No one at Square was able to help.

    square is way better than what we had before. we like the fact customer can see everything on there side. making buttons and exclusions is easy . discounts and more. they are on top of there game. online store integrations been slower then expected but it is working.

    Not Best Buys fault for the 4 star…it actually is thefault of square for notninforming me its not 100% compatible with the Restaurant platform….

    Easy to set up, easy to use. I bought two and they are great, but I wish I came with the cash drawer included. I had to order it separate because Best Buy didnt have packages with the cash drawer.
