    Working well with TV. Description leaves to be desired. Unable to hear sound via normal loudspeaker while connected to device. When turning on TV, device has to be paired each time.

    Worse wireless headphones I’ve ever had. Difficult to synchronize. Auto tuning has to be done on every startup. Range is terrible. Get up and leave the room and you have to tilt your head a certain way to maintain sound. Spund quality is poor, entirely to much static. Changing channels has no impact on the above issues.

    Definitely comfortable to wear as an over the ear headphone they sit nice. These are only for hooking to an Audio input source such as a tv and it broadcasts its own signal via FM. There does seem to be some random static heard every once and awhile but it’s not terrible.

    Trying to hook these up to my budget TCL tv in order to get bluetooth –delivered sound became an operation that should have been simple: follow the directions that include pictures. But no, not so simple. I was able to get the sound but not without a persistent clicking sound. Before giving up I called the Geek Squad and Henry came to solve the problem. But even he could not get clear sound. I returned the headphones and will never be without Geek Squad help. Five stars to Geek Squad.

    A well made and functioning headphone for gym workouts. Simple and not fancy , does the trick . However in loud music olaying gyms, the volume i wished could be louder. Overall a great product.

    Easy to set up, great volume control. Goes louder than my really expensive set.

    The sound is good and clear. Has two level setting. 1) is soft with less voice and 2) enhances the voice. They fit tight and eliminate external noise, The down side of the fitting tight is you cannot hear what people are saying to you and they become uncomfortable after extended wearing. Overall they are a good product.

    I returned it as it was not compatible with my TV. My return experience was the worst. I could not find anyone to talk with about the headphones and when I did he ignored me, walked away and then helped another customer. I may never go to Best Buy again!

    I brought that for my son for christmas, since December 07, 2023 i receiced it a week later. On christmas he open his gift put it on the charger thing it came with, that thing never charge . Don’t even buy it

    The instructions that come with this item does not include any troubleshooting. The headphones are not working when I am hooked up to apps on my television. I have cable network.

    Headphones work great. I use a digital-to-audio adapter to use them on my digital-only output signal big screen TV and mute the audio sound from our Sonos optical external speakers. This works because the headphone’s feed comes directly from the internal TV’s speaker system.

    This is an older technology product. My husband had one for many years and it worked great, but this model doesn’t connect to the new smart TVs so I had to return it.

    They work fine on the tv with a Spectrum cable box and audio in/out jacks. On the streaming tv…..not so much.

    Exactly what it is intended to do.
    Quality. Adjustable depth to sound, low bass to higher bass. Accurate volume control, with the easy to feel wheel. No fumbling for a control that is hard to find, just by touch. Sound goes through any walls, too, just like it says. Reliable. Right out of the box.

    I bought two sets of these headphones for my grandsons, they seem to like them, and they are working wonderfully.

    I bought these for my mom and she loves them. But when I tried them out, it has a static in the background, that I can hear behind the actual audio. For me it would become annoying. It doesn’t seem to bother her. Then again, she’s hard of hearing in one ear.
