    Loved them at first and couldn’t believe how great they sounded and cut out noise better then my over the ear Sennheiser. But after a couple months of using them sometimes one stops working or I get a high pitch screatching sound and also the fall out of my ears all the time. Not good for being active at all. Id go with an earbud that has something that goes over your ear if youre doing anything more then sitting at a desk

    Good but when I’m around other people it turns down the volume and interrupts my flow. I think it tries to pick up other Bluetooth signals. Otherwise it has great sound and easy to use.

    Good ear buds. Sound quality, functionality are all good. Only issue is there is not notification of messages through headphones. Have to search app again for setting. Great for under $150, anything higher just upgrade to the m4 or m5.

    The sound quality and experimental features are amazing one main is issue is when it comes to using any voice assistant the connection is reliant on a specific ear bud leading to not being able to use the non dominant one

    Second pair that hasn’t worked amazing. Sound quality was amazing! However after a few months when noise cancellation or pass through is on there is a loud screeching sound.

    I purchased this item as Sony has a huge presence in the audio market, however so far this particular product is lacking in high quality sound, almost equivalent to buds from the counter at the local gas station. For the price point this isn’t a very good item.

    Great sound very clean & crisp with just enough bass! The size is incredible I wear them while going to bed and don’t hurt my ears because they are flush with my ears I’m blown away how small they are for the sound quality and noise cancelling wich works amazingly. Battery life is great too! I still haven’t ran out of battery while using them

    So I’ve been buying just cheap earbuds to use while I’m at work decided to go up in price and found these Sony earbuds. I have loved everything about them. The noise cancellation is phenomenal. Fit is OK but then again I have weird ears I guess.

    They are comfortable for my small ears, they have good quality sound but they aren’t noise canceling i still hear the outside noise. They come with different sizes of earplugs to suit your ear

    These sony earbuds had really good sound. They just would not stay in my ears so I returned them for that reason. The app is good to work with the buds. If they stayed in my ears I most likey would have kept them. This is not the only pair I had this probelms with so needless to say I have been through several test runs of in-ear buds but nothing seems to work to a point where I have been satisfied with in-ear buds. We all differ and in-ear buds are not for everyone. I just think it is nice to have noise canceling option for in ear buds, where as noise canceling for the out of ear buds greatly differs.
    If in-ear buds work for you these are very nice, but I cant advise on battery life because I returned them.
    As for me, maybe one day. Until then, best of luck.

    Great ear buds for smaller ears. Sound is excellent.

    It was working fine until I accidentally lost one single earbud.

    I have to order a single earbud, which costs me around 75 bucks, and then send the earbuds with the case to a certified center to get it reconfigured; it’s 40 bucks for the labor fee and 20 bucks for the shipping fee. So the cost to repair is about a brand new pair.

    If you see this review, please remember the cost of losing a single earbud.

    The headphones worked great for about 3 uses then the left earbuds ans went bad and causes a watersoundand it hinestly doesnt go away unless you shut everything off including the ans and ambient abilitys that are supposed to be able to be on

    Got these earbuds 11/28/23. For a while they were great.
    Now almost every time I wear them the audio will randomly stop working in one or both earbuds, and I have to turn them off than on again to make them work.

    Disappointed as I also have over the ear headphones from Sony, and those don’t have any problems.

    I love SONY products and this earbuds do not disapoint. Sound quality is great, I love the amount of base on them as well. The buds are very comfortable for my ear. I had trouble with the right one disconnecting occacionally howeve after checking you tube found how to unpair and relink the devices and the issue has been resolved.
