Bought this unit for my 1990 Isuzu Amigo. Didn’t want too many frills and this fit the bill. The head unit sounds good and the Bluetooth and iPod USB function work great. I’m quite happy with this purchase

Great radio, easy to install, easy to read instructions. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to change the color of the face plate and a microphone to take calls. It does have the plug in for the microphone, I believe, but you would have to buy it separately.

Outstanding stereo unit! It’s easy to use and to navigate the controls. The manual is easy to read and understand. The sound is also great and the Bluetooth also works great! Connecting my phone to the unit was very easy and so far the connection has never been lost and Bluetooth calling also works without any problems.
I am also able to play the music from my phone using Bluetooth and the sound is enhanced and comes through great!
In addition, the display is bright enough to see in the sun’s glare and also, shows the phone number during a Bluetooth call. Just a great stereo! I’m definitely satisfied!

This direct replacement for my 2000 Nissan Fronter was a real surprise when I first powered it up. The tuner gets twice the channels of the oem and the usb input produces crystal clear sound, with plenty of headroom.

I have an older car that doesn’t have bluetooth. I love how this will (usually) connect to my iphone and start playing not long after I start the car. It’s all I really need for the purpose.
A few quirks…
– I turn on car, sony starts to auto play… then silence for 3 seconds… then plays for 2 seconds… then plays like normal. Weird. I can live with it.
– When I use siri in the car while connected to the car stereo, I guess siri enters a “car mode” and will no longer display any info. I suppose this is to prevent distractions, but I find it MORE distracting. This is a nuisance if you are trying to find something while driving (while the phone is dash-mounted of course. Drive safe!). “Hey Siri, where is Best Buy?” Instead of listing the nearest Best Buy’s letting me glance and tap the one I want, the screen just shows a picture of a car and audibly describes various Best Buys. I find focusing my ears for several seconds and hoping I verbally respond in a way she understands to get me to my destination much more distracting than me just tapping the top option on the list.
It wouldn’t be so bad if it acted norma when I’m in park, but it doesn’t know if your driving or not, so it stays in car mode. If I tell siri to add something to the the reminders list, I can’t confirm she got it right cause there is no text. I either have to turn the car off to use siri, or not use siri in the car.

The price to use equivalency is top notch. However, the lack of ease of connectivity (Bluetooth) and the overlapping differences in connectivity are problematic. But it’s cheap and works and doesn’t break.

Perfect for what I needed, it’s a solid base unit that’s expandable. I love how it has an auxillary input in the front and the back, plus sub wolfer outputs and room for other amp expansion.

This radio heading it was meant for an older car. I didnt want nothing too crazy or too flashy just something that I can connect my phone via Bluetooth. Works great but the quality is okay. It starts sounding distorted almost at the max volume but besides that no complaints.

Replaced stock radio in 1994 Jeep Wrangler. Required a wire harness connector and Aftermarket bracket. With those two items, it fit well. Sounds okay. The volume knob is also a setting selector (push) and that can lead to inadvertent changes if you’re adjusting volume and hit a road bump.
