    I would have never thought of purchasing a refurbished anything from anywhere until my daughter mention to me to go to best buy and purchase the PlayStation 4 pro. So glad that I followed her advice and do. In the future before going to anywhere I will check out best buy.

    Console dirty on the outside , After two hrs of game turn to different color on the screen ,after that the console freeze the game then th epicture turn sky blue color and the console is hot.

    Bought a refurbished PS4 pro for my daughter as a gift for Christmas and it was a total let down. Ruined her whole Christmas honestly. Despite some reviews that mentioned they recieved just a PS4 with no cords or controllers I ordered it anyways because a majority of reviews said it arrived with everything and in great condition. Unfortunately we weren’t the lucky ones. It arrived with everything but a power cord. So needless to say my daughter was very excited to play her new PS4 and couldn’t for 2 days till a cord was ordered and arrived from amazon. Then once turned on the console was sooo slooow it took her 5 hrs to sign into her PS account. I thought I was doing her a favor getting a PRO top notch of the ps4 but honestly our old slim runs better and faster than that. Then the cherry on top, the PS4 was soo loud while it was running it was driving her crazy. We couldn’t do it. It had to be returned. It was all a waste of time and money honestly. I wouldn’t chance buying refurbished.

    This console was released in 2016 for $399. No way in hell, is it worth more than $100 at seven years old and previously broken. Some lady said it didnt even come with controllers or power/HDMI cables! How can you rip people off with old consoles but not even have the cables that power them? Ps5 pro has been announce, ps5 will go on sale again this year. Stop buying a cheap and spend that same dollar on something that will be usable in a year.

    I am really impressed with the Ps4 Pro. I am a ps3 guy and I must say that ps4 pro is very consumer friendly at the moment.

    Pros:
    179.99 usd
    Came 90 Percent Complete
    worked right out of the box
    ps store has good sales
    many 3rd party accessories as seen in the photo.
    Looks great on my 86 inch LG TV (also bought from Best Buy)

    Cons:
    refurbished (IT WORKS)
    no official ps4 pro box
    red controller (IT WORKS)
    not as good as a pc (179.99 usd though :P)

    Overall I am really happy with the purchase. I might get another one if they put it on sale again. for Equal or lesser value.

    Let me start by saying the console is perfect. This was wonderful. My only reason for removing a star was the packing. All of the pieces were just laying in there with one small piece of bubble wrap. Not sure how it survived shipping like that.

    It came with everything, cords, controller, and the console. Was packaged nicely. It was so easy to set up as well! I have been using this console for 1-2 months now, at first the ps4 was a little buggy and it was loud, but then a week later it seems to be quiet and not laggy at all. I love it! but I dont know why it just started getting quiet and not laggy anymore, I didn’t do anything to it.
