Excellent quality, works great. The controller that came with it has a button that sticks but I ordered another controller and this time I opted for the insurance repair or replacement plan. I definitely recommend the insurance plan.

The ps4 was in perfect conditions, nothing wrong at all. Looked shiny and clean and indeed it was. It was a last minute surprise gift for my boyfriend and I was very thankful for it being available. I was originally going to buy the 1Terebite ?, and as soon as i went to checkout someone had already purchased it. Thankfully there was a second choice just as good. Definitely recommend.

Bought on Black Friday for kids for Christmas. Had a few scuffs but I expected as much from a refurbished system. Figured since it is Geek Squad Refurbished it would work though. Worked for about 2 hrs then started making noises and stopped reading discs.
Chat support was no help. Just said to take to a store for a refund as they are out of stock. I guess that’s the chance you take with refurbished.
