    Needed a basic DVD player at the right price point and this little black Sony, did not disappoint. Picture quality is great, ease of setup is a plus right out of the box. I simply used the RCA video cable and was in business watching my favorite DVD collections. This little DVD is just what I was looking for.

    When my old DVD player gasped its last, I shopped awhile for a replacement, then fell into indecision. (How much was I really willing to spend?) Luckily, I checked Best Buy and found this well-reviewed beauty. Even better, it was an “open box” bargain. I’m very happy with it.

    It’s ok. IT’s slow to respond to manual controls—seems to work ok with remote. I do not think it’s as good as the same brrand player it replaced but the price was good. used different connection system than previous player.
