Extremely comfortable, super easy to change thumb sticks, walkthrough on controller mapping, the length of the charge chord and the fact that it locks AND can charge in the case. Sony knocked it out of the park with this controller and Honestly is one of the smartest purchases I have made as a gamer.

    Great controller, sucks that battery doesn’t last that long about 5-6 hours maybe less. What sucks is that my back buttons wiggle a little and my L2 button to but still works fine. Overall a great controller would recommend the warranty on it

    Hands down. This is the best PS5 controller all around. In my opinion, it has the haptic feedback and is just a joy to use. The only other feature I wish Sony would implement and it is possible is hall effect stick modules, and can we please give adjustable stick tension. Thank you

    Well built, heavier than standard controller, better response timing, easy to change sticks and back triggers. Good battery life. 10′ charging cable with lock-like having the ability to charge controller inside the hard shell case. Well worth the money to upgrade from standard controller.

    I love this controller. I use it to play elden ring and it makes dodging and jump attacks a lot easier due to the paddles on the back. It is a bit expensive but combined with warranty I feel like it will definitely be worth it especially if it takes another 7 years for the ps6 to come out.

    I mean, in concept, it’s cool. In execution, it’s frustrating. The design doesn’t look nearly as great as the original DualShock 5. A detatchable faceplate is cool and all, but it’s kidna useless. The battery life is poor. In order to charge it, you need it plugged into the PS5; you can’t just use any old USB outlet. Way too many customization options and it actually makes the game stop working if a certain function hasn’t been assigned to a profile. If you’re in a spot where you need to mash a button, it will tell you that you haven’t assigned it to this profile and it’s very difficult to know how to assign it. Like, your controller just decides to stop working because it’s not assigned, even though it’s a basic function of the game! For $200, you aren’t getting your money’s worth. The regular DualShock 5 is FAR better! Better battery life, better design, and it won’t randomly quit working on you! Xbox made a better version than Sony did. VERY disappointed.

    The functionality of the controller is fantastic. However, I’ve had two break in under a year where the bottom bumpers attach to the controller. Hopefully PlayStation fixes the bumper issue in the future. If you get one, get the extended warranty.

    I purchased the Sony DualSense Edge Wireless Controller in both black and white variants, and I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. Despite being a loyal Sony customer for years, this product has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

    Firstly, the build quality of these controllers is subpar. The buttons feel cheap and flimsy, lacking the solid and reliable feel that I have come to expect from Sony products. Additionally, the analog sticks are prone to sticking or drifting after just a few uses, making it difficult to enjoy a smooth gaming experience.

    Furthermore, the battery life of these controllers is abysmal. Even after fully charging them for hours, they barely last through a single gaming session. This constant need for recharging interrupts my gameplay and adds unnecessary frustration.

    Another major issue I encountered was with connectivity. These controllers frequently lose connection with my console or experience lag during gameplay. This not only disrupts my immersion but also affects my overall performance in games.

    Moreover, the lack of customization options is disappointing. Unlike other competitors’ controllers on the market, Sony’s DualSense Edge Wireless Controller offers limited options when it comes to button mapping or adjusting sensitivity settings. This lack of flexibility hampers personalization and adaptability according to individual preferences.

    Lastly, let’s talk about price point. Considering all these flaws mentioned above along with its hefty price tag compared to other wireless controllers available in the market today makes it an even more bitter pill to swallow.

    In conclusion, I regret purchasing the Sony DualSense Edge Wireless Controller – Black ||| White as it fails to meet even basic expectations in terms of build quality, battery life longevity issues connectivity problems customization options at such a high price point.

    I would strongly advise potential buyers considering this controller to explore alternative options before making their purchase decision
