Better than LA-EA3, I can use all sony alpha lens. I don’t have a7r4 so only I can use SSM lens. but much niccer than LA-EA3, LA-EA4.

Worked with the camera body but not with my older SONY lenses and that’s what I bought it for, oh well. Manually focusing isn’t too bad and at least it let’s me still use all my Sony and Minolta lenses.

I looked up the limitations of this adapter before with the camera I was looking to get (a7c) so I was aware that autofocus would not be enabled for a majority of my A-mount lenses and none in video mode. Sony has extensive compatibility and limitation details on their website.
Even still, I do wish AF worked with more of my lenses. However, I am used to using manual focus on my old a300 DSLR and a glad that my old lenses can still be used. Fits and works great in my Sony a5100. Sometime it’s hard to find the little white dot that couples the lens but is great.

I needed an adapter that would let my use my A-mount lenses with my new E-Mount camera and this seems to work pretty well. There were some cheaper options, but all the reviews seemed to indicate they didn’t work that well. So far, I have been happy with this. It is the same size as the lenses so it doesn’t stick out and look bad! And AF works pretty good!
