- High Quality, even at low volumes
Advanced audio processing ensures balanced sound from wall to wall at any volume level. When you want to watch TV but need to keep it down, turn on Night Sound in the app to reduce the intensity of loud effects and enhance quieter ones. - Crystal clear dialogue
Oscar-winning sound engineers helped fine-tune the soundbar to make sure you hear every word and can always follow the story. For even greater clarity when characters whisper or the action intensifies, turn on Speech Enhancement in the Sonos app. - Tuned to perfection
Trueplay tuning technology adapts the sound for the unique acoustics of the room so your content always sounds just the way it should. Requires iOS device. - Breeze through setup
Go from unboxing to unbelievable sound in minutes with only two cables and step-by-step guidance from the Sonos app. - Beam, evolved
A faster processor enables support for Dolby Atmos and creates two new audio paths for a virtual sound experience. Updated with a precisely perforated grille, Beam looks just as good as it sounds and blends seamlessly into your home. - Hands-free help
Ask Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant to set timers, check the news, control your smart home devices and more. Easily mute with the press of a button to turn off the mic. The LED light will also turn off so you know your voice assistant isn’t listening. - Made for music
Stream music, radio, audiobooks and podcasts from all your favorite services with detailed stereo sound that fills the room. - Dramatically realistic
Dolby Atmos maps sounds in space for a 3D effect so you experience planes as if they’re flying overhead, hear footsteps moving across the room, and feel the score all around you. Requires a TV that supports Dolby Atmos and Atmos-encoded content.

Excellent sound, no need for a sub. The whole Sonos family is a no brainer.
Imike –
Bought this soundbar along with the mini sub and it sounds great. Can connect via Bluetooth from any device, including my projector
KurtM –
Best purchase ever! Lot of speakers but this is one of the best
Bass –
This is one beautiful little system that I can expand as time goes on. Sound quality is great and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Great expandable sound bar! Set up for this system takes minutes.

raisor –
Amazing,I really recommend this Sonos ,easy to install
BrianN –
I use this as a computer speaker via an optical conversion. It’s great and because it’s a Sonos it’s very easy to change over to pick up the TV or other home audio.
YasharY –
it was open-box “excellent” condition as described.. However, it was good at all. If you buy open-box item, make sure , check it before buying..

The Beam 2 is an amazing soundbar that has taken my surround sound to a new level! I plan to get another one for the family room tv!
Mikew –
Great sound all around but remember you have to add rear speakers if you want total surround sound but I’m very happy with it as a stand alone for the TV. I did purchased the Mini-Sub with it though to get an even better sound.
Ramestudio –
This is the sample of very good package’s design with great presentation and awesome quality
Agtrz –
Good sound i wish that connecting to your tv was easier
BeckH –
Sound quality was great, but it would constantly disconnect and took forever to try and reconnect. Have had it for 6 months now and can no longer connect it. I dont know if they are all like this or I just happened to pick a defective one, but I spent over $400 on this, it now no longer works and it’s to late to return.

We’re a small business Home A/V Installation Service that focuses on practical solutions that are future proofed to a certain degree. Sonos offers ease and practicality with a level of precision like no other. I tell my customers all the time it won’t literally happen but on the level of product comparison; Sonos has the tech and product level that redefines music and could put Bose in their place to out of business. Sonos is to retail shopping what Amazon has done to the world.
BrianM –
This is my first soundbar and i think its an excellent solution, especially for smaller spaces
JoeK –
I bought this speaker to use with a projector, and it’s surprisingly great sound even without a sub or surrounding speakers. Very happy with the purchase!
Jordan –
Been eyeing the Sonos Beam for a while and it does not disappoint. For a small to medium size room this soundbar is perfect and sounds crystal clear.
Setup was quick and painless.
LiaremisP –
Sonos beam is a excellent sound bar system. Love the way it looks on my living room. I will upgrade my sonos beam with 2 extra speakers of sonos brand.
ChristianD –
Excellent sound, easy set up, syncs with both my phone and my wife’s phone as well as Google Assistant. Terrific upgrade to our living room tv and sound system. Additionally, I bought this before the holidays and then it went on sale, Best Buy price matched for me and gave me the difference back on my card. Excellent service.
RendyW –
I just buying this sonos beam 2 just open box less 50$ from the reguler price but its good deal very2 line new and the sound very love it legit for this soundbar
Gdagod24 –
I am in love with Sonos products now. I finally embraced the idea of spending a lot more for quality. I dont regret a thing. I have yet to have any connectivity issues with anything in my house. The Beam didnt disappoint either. The ease of setup, the intuitive app, everything is seamless
Vickie –

Great product Ordered Online!! Went to store to but it and it was AGAIN a horrible customer service experience at the Davenport Iowa BestBuy! Someone please get help to that store!
EarlB –
The Geek Squad hooked everything up and calibrated it, and showed us all the features. It’s a great addition!
Paul –
Compact, great sound quality, and super easy setup. Goes great with my LG TV and Sonos surround speakers.
Jahoseph –
Sounds great. But if you have shotty wifi, youll have to reconnect to the sonos app every time you want to use it. Ive had to use google home to use the remote to control the volume.
Jailonm –
Use this soundbar in my bedroom and its perfect to fill my room and the dolby atmos support makes movies/music more immersive
EmilyB –
This sound bar is amazing! I never thought I needed one but it makes TV watching a whole new experience! Love it!
Bear –
Great soundbar! Sounds very clear and can be very loud with no distortion. I have it paired with the mini woofer and two home pods and it’s like I’m in the IMAX theaters only thing it’s expensive:( well worth the money!
RedAtl –
Geek squad recommended this when they came to load my new tv. They convinced me to buy this because it’s wireless and swore up and down that I would get the same sound as my receiver and floor standing speakers. They lied. The sound is good but no where near what I gave up so I returned the speaker and sub. Sound should be better because this is not an inexpensive speaker and sub.
Zagg –
Amazing sound, sleek modern look, easy to connect! The white color looks great! Also, easy to pair with Sonos subwoofer and speakers to create complete surround sound.
WesnDebbie –
Complete Junk!
I would never purchase another “Plug In” speaker product that will not work unless you install an app that needs a username, password, my precise location, access to my WiFi, or any personal contact or location information.
AFTER doing all of that it will still not connect and will not reset. There is no sound coming out of it at all. There is 1 power cord and 1 hdmi cord and I tried multiple ones. I now have a $500.00 paper weight or door stop.
I have a better idea, buy something that plugs in and just works. Period. Now I get to go through an entire run around on how to fix this garbage. And since it was purchased through the Magnolia Center it is NOT covered under the Best Buy Total Geek Squad protection plan. Or at least my last purchase wasn’t. In this day and age when prices on everything are sky high the last thing I need is to be ripped off buy garbage products. I don’t see how I could have done anything wrong. I plugged it in (very simple) and have now been trying to get it to work for the last 2 1/2 hours. There is absolutely no one in their right mind that would say this is normal or that it works better this way. It is now 1-1-2024 and it was purchased on 9-19-2023. I should have tried to set it up right away but that should not matter at all.
Any body have any suggestions on what to do next?
Padilla –
Sounds great! The speaker is visually stunning and looks great in my living room. Very easy to set up and use.
Victor –
Awesome sounding music, way better than Polk sound bar I have. bit expensive but worth the money. combine it with subwoofer and era100s if possible for a real home theater experience.
Colin –
Crisp and balanced sound. I own two now and would buy a third!
Rsho –
This was easy to setup with my Echo 8 and had a great sound.
iPad –
Extremely satisfied! Works well with my tv. The sound is sharp.
KristinaD –
I bought this for my fiance. He enjoys surround sound and clarity. This unit was loud but wouldn’t have been enough bass without the mini subwoofer. Very pleased with the purchase, according to him and how much he uses it. We wish Sonos as a system came with a remote but still a satisfied.
CalvinW –
Great sounding, worth every single penny that I paid
rklee603 –
Ever since buying our arc, sub, and era 100s for our theater, we’ve been hooked to the quality and ease of use. Bought the beam for our bedroom and havent looked back. Cant go wrong with this sound bar. Make sure you use their App to tune with True Play!
WilsonB –
This was a great purchase, I need to buy the sub, kind of expensive
JustinG –
Great soundbar, good sound, easy to use. Like how it automatically works with TV
JRR2000 –
System installed in an open area family room adjacent to a kitchen and nook area. Family Room 20’x16’.
Essentially, plug in, follow intuitive app install instructions & learn the easy to follow instructions to play the system from the TV E-Arc connection & your favorite streaming app. Immersive, high end audio experience.
Buy bigger & more expensive if you want to. I took the minimalist approach for the white decor, size & decor. The appearance & audio experience not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them.
I tried the Era 300 for the room size. The speaker footprint looked out of place and the audio was overkill for what I wanted for this room.
Of Note:
I use the Era 100 as surround sound speakers. You can adjust the audio level for music and TV in the surround audio setting. Go to the sound section for all the audio settings & have at it to your liking.
Lots of questions about the Beam E-Arc cable to the TV (me: LGC1 65”) cutting out the use of Bluetooth headphones (For me: AirPod Max) connected to the TV.
My solution: from the Beam, connect the male end of the hdmi cable, not to the E-Arc port of the TV, but to a 2nd hdmi cable that is female on one end and male on the other. Get the length of your choice.
Plug the male end into the TV E-Arc port. I taped the cord mid level on the back left side of the TV with plenty of length & slack on the female end.
Insert the beam male end into the female end and subsequently received immediate Sonos Beam connectivity using the TV & music app.
With the TV in the off position, I reach around inches
to the rear left side of the TV, pull on the connected hdmi cords & disconnect them. The cords remain within inches of each other for later reconnection.
With the E-Arc cable unplugged, the TV resorts to its audio and bluetooth settings. This allows me to watch movies after hours, using the bluetooth headphones.
After movie watching, I turn off the TV, take 10 seconds to reconnect the cables and I’m back online with the Sonos system.
Remember, it’s TV E-Arc enabled devices sending audio over an hdmi cable to home theatre sound systems (ie Sonos systems.)
Hope this is helpful for someone out there.
