    Purchased 4 of these to replace dome Klipsch wall mounted speakers. This look is amazing and the sound is just as great! Super easy to install!

    Great ceiling speakers paired with my Sony receiver. Good sound quality and hide nicely in my drop ceiling. Well worth it if you can get them on sale. If you put these in a drop ceiling you will need to get speaker supports so they don’t sag or break the tiles as they are heavy.

    Does what it needs to sounds great. Would recommend these vs the more expensive Sonos speakers especially if you are just looking to have music playing but don’t need an entire hifi situation

I was lucky to get them on a great Sales deal on Best Buy. They are nothing but magnificent, covering my entire home with 2 pairs in large rooms and 1 pair in small rooms and bedrooms and they spit crisp and fire. Now I have a perfect surround audio solution that didn’t hurt my bank account.

    RSRP $999 – Wow! Thousand dollar speakers for under $300? Not really. They are pretty much always on sale. Are they worth $300? Are they worth $200 for the black Friday price?

    I think there is a good reason Best Buy doesn’t have these on display in any of their stores. The are mediocre at best. I’m returning mine because I am willing to spend more money for better sound. Sonance does make great sounding speakers, and they are $999 and never go on sale. The Best Buy specials make the company look bad. I think in this price range, Monoprice might have better speakers.

    Was able to purchase on sale, and glad i did. They are very powerful in combination with my yamaha reciever. Great build quality, and you can direct the cone in any direction.

    If a mid-range tin can sound is what you want, have at it. Horrible sound. Even with a Sub, the mids are lifeless and disconnected from harsh highs. Sounds like a car speaker from 1982.

    6” B&W blew these away at a similar price point. For $1k you are being taken; for $299 these are still expensive for this sound.

    The comparison at Best Buy was surprising. The VSP series 3-way is better because the lows coverup the lifeless mids, but still a tin-can compared to any of the B&W or DM or Martin Logan.

    The only time these sound listenable is for documentaries with a deep-voice narrator. Think castles of England YouTube.
    I suppose if all you listen to is rap, then maybe these would suffice, given how auto-tuned and compressed that is anyway. For any music with space and/or depth, you won’t hear it here.

    I really wanted to like these. They are my not-too-expensive-for-the-ceiling option. Unfortunately, I find these painful to listen to. The music is so lifeless and flat, and disconnected from reality, I’d rather listen via Alexa – yes, they are that bad.

    These are much bigger in person! They are HUGE and pack a major punch! The way they seamlessly connect to the Sonos amp and sound bar is beyond impressive and they sit flush in your ceiling giving your home an even more bespoke look where ever you have these mounted! Don’t hesitate to buy, especially if they are on sale AND you have a Sonos system!
