Excited to try this with my macbook pro 13. When i tried its not charging. Did unplugging and plugging back but its still not working. Tried it again with different position still not working. I will return the item tomorrow. Sad.

Pretty great! After half breaking the connection on my new Mac BookPro I looked for what other connectors are out there. Luckily I found this. It almost as good as the old Mac magnetic connection. Almost because it is possible to have it connected, but not charging. You have to make sure its fully connected. But its no big deal to do so for the peace of mind.

it did not fit very well with my case from mous. it would be a pain in the a## if i had to remove the case every time i need to charge it

This charger is pretty good for the price the magnet is really strong safe for MacBooks and any device. Charge is pretty fast.

Works as it should. Keep in mind this is for charging only and will not function for data xfer of any kind. But that’s not a big deal since my original MagSafe charger didn’t xfer data either! Magnet is strong – holds in place well and it’s very low profile. Cable seems to be well constructed. I’ll be purchasing another for my iPad Pro!

Charges rapidly but most of time charger doesn’t stay fully seated onto the port and falls out on more than one occasion.
Vixolux –
You have to be careful to exactly place the magnetic part of the usbc cable onto the magnetic coupling that goes into the usb c socket. The magnets arent very strong and its easy to dislodge the connection. Compared to an Apple magsafe connectir, this isnt nearly as strong. I worry that a weak connection could cause a short in the connection, butning up the connectirs. Ill oribably return this.
