    Like all XM radios I’ve had over the years, it brings in all the audio I want into my vehicle during my drives. The Tour has the largest screen of any XM radio and very easy to read. Operation is very similar to built-in radios in some vehicles. If you have WiFi available in the vehicle (even mobile hotspot off a phone) you can access many additional stations than other XM radios.

    Two negatives:
    1- it takes about 2 minutes to boot up…way longer than any of the many XM radios I’ve had in the past
    2- there is no way to step through the favorite channels as on other radios. You have to click the favorite button then scroll through the icons/screens. The optional remote control makes this much easier but you still need to be looking at the screen to move between favorites where on other radios you can simply press the 1-0 buttons to step through them.

    Even though this device is pretty slow to respond, I still give it five-stars. You can even power it with a USB power adapter cord, that I found on Amazon, to help free up a cigarette lighter spot.

    Got it to as an easy way to get satellite radio in my older truck. It does the job. I ended up replacing the head unit in the truck with a satellite capable one.

    This thing is amazing. Easy to install and sound great. It has FM modulator, bluetooth, wifi, an aux out, and is able to dock. Definitely recommend for those who dont have SiriusXm built in a vehicle.

    Cool system, but I see no point in paying $25+/mo for mediocre sound quality radio when theres hundreds of free radio apps with amazing sound quality for free on phones. I tossed my box for it so i cannot return it sadly. trying to sell it online

    This does what it supposed to as far as getting the satellite signal. But, everytime I turn off my car, it turns off. When I start my car it has to reboot, search for the signal, and it takes forever connecting to my cars Bluetooth. It loses all my presets occasionally, so I have to reprogram them and that takes a while. It is annoying and frustrating. My new car does not have satellite radio capabilities so that is why I chose this so I can connect it via Bluetooth.

    This is a really nice radio, with bluetooth and other nice features..its nice upgrade from my previous radio. This is a portable satellite radio so you can use it in your vehicle or at home…buy it you’ll love it if portability is what you need.

    Radio didn’t work, was told to contact store manager in ANC ( store by the mall) called over 12 times many transferred to be hung up on, transferred left several messages, no return of call.. bad management

    Vehicle Kit did not include all items needed to install and work with my car. Came with free installation that was not able to be done at best buy and I had to go to another company and pay. Also not hard wired to car so signal is not as strong.

    This is the top of the line plug and play item from Sirius XM. However if you are a delivery driver ( like me) do not buy this. Everytime you shut off the motor of your car it take this unit at least 3 minutes to power up. Very aggravating. So pizza guys, door dash, grub hub, jimmy johns ect ect stay away from this.

    Junk!!! Takes forever to boot up. Out of the blue will power down and reboot. Always loosing saved stations and artist.

    Its been 9 months since i bought this crap unit..and btw i had to return the first one…1st it looses my stored favorite channels about once every 2 weeks, then i have to scroll through the dreadfully slow interface to reprogram them. The scroll feature will cause you to crash if you try to scroll through your channels while driving. It takes several swipes when you try to scroll using the touch screen..i get a different interface randomly sometimes it will display the song playing sometimes just the artist and sometimes just the station..depends on how the unit is feeling that day…sometimes you click to the song you like..”great my jam” nope…it skips ahead 10 seconds plays 3 seconds skips ahead 10 seconds plays 3 seconds ect. Ect. and your 4 minute song is done in 30 seconds..very frustrating…the unit takes a minimum of 2 minutes to start up…

    If you get this on sale buy it. Cool little device.
    The screen is way to touch sensitive almost got in a few car accidents.
    Seems to be that it has to have constant internet connection for updates signal and whatever else.

    The satellite radio works well. The installation was easy. The only complication was calling Sirius radio and having them connect the radio receiver. My wife enjoys listening to our favorite channels.

    Absolute piece of crap.
    First, it will not stay connected to the antenna. Doesnt matter how many times you reconnect, its a constant error.
    Second, the bluetooth worked great for about the first three weeks. After, the volume dropped so low when using bluetooth, I have to turn the volume wide open to hear it. Good thing it has a 1/8″ audio jack…
    THIRD, this radio will not hold a memory. I’ve programmed favorites in several times, and every week they all go away.
    Time to toss and get something else.

    I’d give it more stars if it didn’t take so long to boot up and if it had a chargeable battery to run without being plugged in. Other than that it works fine. I bought the home kit so I could plug it in to an outlet and use it outside. It’s great for that.

    This XM radio is one of the worst decisions i have ever made. The radio takes several minutes to boot up. When it finally does boot up, it may or not have lost all your favorite stations that have been saved. Just listen to what all the reviews are complaining about and its all trye. Terrible product.

    If you plan on using this in the house, always on the dock, with a remote, and an always-on power source, you’ll enjoy this radio. It can receive all the satellite channels and streaming channels, and the pandora integration is not terrible.

    For all other use cases, this radio is a huge disappointment. No battery, long boot up times, kludgey and occasionally unresponsive UI—better to leave this one in the house or skip it altogether

    Total junk do not buy. Just outside of the return period It started randomly rebooting, sometimes hourly sometimes every two minutes. No longer saves my favorites huge waste of money.

    Purchased this for one of my customers. He leased a new vehicle from me, Wanted the vehicle but it was not Sirius XM compatible. So, I went to Bestbuy purchased this Tour Radio, easy install and now he’s happy he has his Sirius XM and can listen to his Sports stations.
