    Worked great turning old am / fm into Sat Radio, trick was getting correct antenna wires to splice into vehicle radio antenna wire. Check with Best Buy service staff for correct part numbers.

    Got this to run XM directly to the FM antenna. Curiously, my 2018 Ford F-150 did not have an Auxiliary input. Worked great!

    Pretty simple, it automatically switches to your afyermarket/portable sirius radio when radio is turned on and car radio is set to fm channel you set. It does what it says it does and will do stay on that channel no matter where you are.

    This review only having 3 stars has nothing to do with the way it works,it works wonderful no static at all.But the problems come when you try to hook it up, my antenna hooks up in my trunk ,and the wires that hook to the radio are not long enough to reach up front to the Sirius radio.I ended up buying a old used on online they have longer cords on them that will reach all the way to the radio.

    I need this so I could my Sirus XM Radio. I bought a car kit for Sirus but it didn’t come in clear. With this hooked to my car antenna I finally got to enjoy my Sirus XM Radio clearly once I got it installed but I had to wait 2 weeks once my order came in due to Covid.

    This is perfect if you want to use a satellite receiver with an older car radio that does not have any kind of audio input connections. I’m using it with the original factory AM/FM radio in a 1977 Oldsmobile. The signal produced is strong, and using this device eliminates the need to periodically adjust the satellite radio’s FM transmitter and to correspondingly re-tune the car radio as you move from location to location and encounter interfering local stations. I wish I had this 10 years ago!

    SiriusXM radios do not work with their FM transmitters that are built into their aftermarket radios. Couldn’t get a good station on my car radio no matter what frequency I tried, this was the answer. Easy peasy to install.

    I needed this to install New Radio in my 20007 GMC Sierra 1500 classic. Works Great no problems. Like it was made from factory.

    If you live in an Urban area with lots of FM stations you will need this. If you have an older car you will need adapter cables. If you are not handy you should have a professional install it for you. Figure about 75 bucks. Once it’s in it works great. This enables the tuner to pump the signal directly into your FM radio without the interference of local stations. Makes the tuner sound much better. It’s not cheap but worth the price when finished. Sirius could have just made the FM transmitter stronger but they didn’t.

    Radio didn’t work, was told to contact store manager in ANC ( store by the mall) called over 12 times many transferred to be hung up on, transferred left several messages, no return of call.. bad managemen.

    I needed this for my SiriusXM radio install in my 2005 Silverado since there was no auxiliary port. It works great with absolutely zero static or other interference.
    It was installed by the amazing Geek Squad team!

    I have not installed it yet because I had to order two adapters so I could hook it up to the radio in my 2004 truck.
    These adapters are readily available if you get the advice of a professional installer to identify the part number. I’ve just been busy with other projects.

    My Polaris ranger radio does not pick up radio stations very good. So, I added this FM antenna adapter to connect my Sirius satellite radio.

    Now I can not only listen to any music, but have 100% signal level to the radio.

    This Direct adapter worked very well for my situation. I would rather keep my factory stereo and connect this adapter instead of spending more money and time with a new head unit. This adapter works just as it is advertised with the satellite radio you are using. Clear sounds with it.

    This thing works great! It was easy to install as well. I didn’t even use an adapter. I cut and sliced the wires in between my original antenna wire. And signal strength is amazing.

    I didn`t want this in my car, the geek installers put it there, and charged me for it. I bought the sirius 360L module, because it came blutooth connectable, so I didn`t need to connect with the FM radio, and I told them that before the install, but they didn`t seem to listen, I got the car back with the radio playing on FM, and was not happy.
