Bought on black friday for initial pick up date 12/7. Delayed to 12/19. Picked up at location, packaging is damaged, dented, holes in the box because Best Buy didnt ship the item with any outer packaging. The original packaging is not suitable or sufficient for shipping. Best buy knows this and definitely follows a strict packaging policy. This policy was not followed and the item arrived in a poor condition. The item is no longer available. Not for pickup not for ordering just completely not available. The store is unwilling to assist with a suitable replacement. Corporate customer service will transfer, hang up, do anything they can to pass off the problem. This is unacceptable. Best Buy, tell your legal team to keep an eye on their mailbox.

I’ve used a few foot massagers and this one is pretty nice for the price. Sure I have experienced better ones but this still has it’s place. The best aspect is the squeeze function, which has a nice range of pressure. I barely notice the heating at all, but that is usually the case anyway. The most disappointing part is the rollers that massage the bottom of the feet; for this massager they are quite light without much force. If you’re looking for strong pressure on the bottom of you feet then there are better options even in this price range.

Bought this foot massager for my boyfriend for Christmas, the guy who seemingly has everything he wants / needs. I realized he has been working out a lot and has had knots in his foot. We tried a different massager a relative had handy and fell in love, but this one had all the bells and whistles we could dream of and at an even more reasonable price than others in the market. Coincidentally I broke my foot within the time of purchasing it and have been getting some great use as well once I got permission from my doctor, and I’m under the impression it might even be helping speed up my healing process a tiny bit getting that circulation and what not. I believe if I got a different one I would struggle to store it away every time but honestly this bad boy looks so futuristic and cutting edge and clean we just leave it in front of our sofa with an inviting feel to it. I love coming home seeing my boyfriend fresh out of work relaxing using this shiatsu foot massager. This gift exceeded all expectations either of us had . 11/10 would recommend.
