I use this product when I feel knotts in my neck. The heat is a nice touch because I am cold all the time. There are a few different patterns the massage rollers will go. I recommend purchasing and testing out yourself.

It was excellent, but it was a gift for my husband so he wanted it to be a little wider for his neck. I returned it as it was a gift for him and he wasn’t satisfied with it. The rest of the family tried it out and liked it.
