    We just renovated the kitchen and wanted our microwave in the island cabinet. We were not planning on a drawer microwave and I balked at the price. The convenience is great. The drawer makes using it at such a low level a breeze and the control panel folds out for easy visibility. Otherwise to me a microwave is a microwave. Great if you need something low in an island.

    Love the drawer microwave…wish there were more companies that made them so the price would come down. The new model replaced one that we had that stopped working. I don’t like the open/close button but that’s just being picky. Overall best design for a microwave…no counter space is used…doesn’t interfere with stove/oven. Very convenient

    We are really happy that we installed a microwave drawer in our kitchen remodel. It looks great and doesn’t take up counter space. It works like a conventional microwave and not have a rotating tray is not an issue. The food heats up nicely. The controls are easy to use.

    I bought this very expensive microwave and was very disappointed that no installation or direction manual was included. So I now have to find installation information, warranty information as well as an instruction manual. very disappointed. I have not installed it yet so I have zero information on it

    We had an above gas range microwave and vent a hood combination that worked well, but wanted more of a custom look to our kitchen. Bought a GE vent a hood insert and had a cabinet custom built around it. Then ordered the microwave drawer to give us the custom look we wanted .

    Initial product was damaged. Best Buy customer Care replaced product and took back damaged item in a few days. Microwave drawer has no issues. Make sure to vent appropriately especially if flush mounting.

    Works great. Quiet too. Wish you could press the open/close button midway through opening or closing and stop/then reverse direction. Sometimes you don’t need for it to open all the way.

    I won’t go back to a countertop or over-the-stove microwave again! While this may not be the most powerful of all microwaves, it’s perfectly adequate for everyday microwaving applications. The only thing it’s missing is a turntable but I solved that by buying a “Micro-go-round” on Amazon. This is such a space saver, keeping your counters free and clear. Plus…it’s just COOL! 🙂

    The first microwave had to be return because of a dent. When you have this microwave installed MAKE SURE TO have it manually adjusted. It wouldn’t heat food up. We had to have a Sharp technician come out. It was less than a 5 minute fix. But the inside door has to be taken apart to make the adjust. It has worked perfectly ever since!!

    We’ve been living with this microwave for three months now. Everything works as it should and it looks really beautiful and it’s very easy to clean. With that said, I don’t like the touch controls as they are hard to push down and the door often closes while I’m doing it and snapping my finger .

We are happy with the purchase as it offers excellent quality, solid build and smart features. The operating panel could have been wider to accommodate the large 30″ inch microwave.
