    Awesome vacuum for the price, picks up pet hair efficiently, easy to set up and the app is really easy to use as well. Only thing it could do better is find it’s way back to the base. Sometimes the base is on one side and it ends up going towards the other side instead, its like a huge U turn bumping it’s way around everything in the house. Overall I would buy it again because it does its job great.

    I personally feel thst buying a robot vaccume cleaner without a true mapping is not worth it. This is simply an entey level cleaner and does not follow any patern for cleaning abd bumps into furniture ans walls. I will not recommend it even if you get it for $100.

    Awesome little vacuum loved it. Never failed me clean every inch every corner of my house. Never had a problem with it will go back in charge. Love the Wi-Fi with start it from home. Wish we could get another one due to discontinued and battery died. Got to get an upgraded model. Will recommend buying shark again from Best Buy that service best warranty can’t go wrong.

    I have a German shepherd dog at home. He sheds prepetually all year and more in the shedding seasons, he also brings with him a lot of dust into the house. Out of despair I bought a shark ion vacuum and a shark Air purifier. Wow, what a difference it has made. I think most the hair and dust gets cleaned up. The battery lasts long enough for my needs. Wish I had bought them earlier.

    I woke up one morning to pet hair all over the floor. Tired of raw dogging hair between my toes, I thought it was time I got some help. I go to best buy and go to the vacuum section. Then I see him. THATS MY SON. I thought. THATS MY BOY! I wiped a tear from my eye and immediately brought him home.

    As soon as I got in, I released him from his confinement and watched him take his first steps, rolls? He was clumsily bumping into things but he didnt let that stop him. Hes a little trooper! MY little trooper. My little Tiger.

    He soon met my beast of a dog but he wasnt backing down. He stood his ground and marched towards her. Going so far to even bump her out of the way. Nothing was going to stop him. I was in awe of his determination. I sat there watching him do his job and then my ears perk. He begins beeping a little tune and methodically made his way back to his bed.

    I watch as he tucks himself in. He deserved the rest. I go to him, careful not to disturb his slumber, and remove his container. To my dismay the pet hair was caught in the teeth. But that didnt deter me. I would just have to be more vigilant. I empty the contents and return his little container to him.

    I lean against the wall and look at my boy as he rests. A proud parent. He did his job well and I couldnt wait for us to make memories together. To this day he does an excellent job. I am more vigilant at dislodging hairs so he can continue his work. And I am happy with the help he provides.

    TLDR: Great for the price. But beware if you have long haired pets. The hair will get caught in the teeth of the dust compartment overtime. Great if you have no pets though.

    Happy with this purchase.

    Works well. Does well in picking up everything, including dog hairs and dirt.
    My first roaming vacuum. Learned to keep the area clear of cords, curtains, sheets, and things i dont want it to get hung up on.

    Only complaints is that the bin fills quickly, a bit too small.

    Two stars because it does pick some things up. I’ve had this vacuum about 2 years. It -kind of- cleans up dust/debris, but pushes aside quite a bit. It’s less than 2 years and the suction motor failed. I’m not spending an hour with tech support to shell out $50 when I can just buy a better one.

    My rant aside, I usually vacuum with a full sized vacuum every few days and this runs maybe twice every 1-2 weeks.

    My honest experience – the programming on this model is the best thing going for it. It’s responsive to commands and takes its time cleaning.
    The brushes and roller push more dirt away pretty often. I don’t use this much and didn’t expect much, but with minimal use for less than 2 years and the motor fails, while providing sub par cleaning.. its bottom shelf at best.
    It’s a super lazy bat-a-leaf-out-of-the-way device. Again, just my experience.

    Anyway I’m shopping for another brand. Shark makes a great standing vacuum but really, spend the extra couple bucks on something else. It did get old watching it go straight at some lint on the floor only for it to be shoved away over and over.

    Again – just my experience. The first few weeks were fun but but yeah don’t buy this. I have hardwood floors, I vacuum as often as possible and mop soon after, pass on this amigos.

    Although this unit does not have much “sucking” power (low air flow) it is surprising how much debris it picks up. It fills the dirt collection hopper and dirt accumulates on the filter screen very quickly. I use it as a topical cleaning device for my carpeted areas, as the main cleaner on hard surfaces. Run time is very good, and the auto docking station is a plus. I recommend this unit as a positive first robot vacuum.

    Bought open box, the product was dirty. Also, I requested return immediately there as received. The employees there at Best buy outlet asked me to come back in 3 hours. It takes few hours for the data come to system @@. I brought it to best buy next door they were able to make it work immediately

    This is my second Shark Robot and I can’t think of enough good things to say. It does exactly what I need it to do. It won’t replace standard cleanings but helps maintain my carpets between my regular vacuuming. It is also quite quiet and does not bother the pets.

    Great vacuum for the price, and does as advertised. The app is user-friendly and easy to set up a daily/weekly schedule. The only con is it will get stuck in tight areas from time to time, but if your area is open without clutter you shouldn’t have many issues.

    Sorry, but I didn’t care for this product. It always makes its run along the same path. Does not get corners well. Having to move furniture around in order for these to get every nook and cranny and not get stuck, is quite a pain. My upright does a much better job with my operation.
