    Chair looks great and is comfortable. Had someone put it together and he ran into issues (holes were not drilled properly to allow screw to go in easily). Otherwise OK.

    Completely sucks.

    Is comfortable enough, but the piston is shot after less than 6 months of ownership. It will not hold level and keeps leaking down. Complete waste of money.

    I have bought this chair 3 times in the last 8 years. It is comfortable, affordable, and big. It checks all the boxes for working at home over long shifts.

    It has run out from under me Several times when move around my desk. Results, wall damage from Me and the Chair, 1 week with a cane and back pain the last time it happened. At 300lbs, the chair WILL run out from under You if not Careful.

    After searching a lot of different places we came across this chair- very easy to setup and extremely comfortable as well! It is sturdy and feels well made as well, even after a lot of use so far.

    First of all, the box the chair came in looked very sketchy. Everything was taped tightly and the carboard pieces were broken like it had been returned, but who knows. I spent 20 mins putting the bottom half together and i spent about 3 hours trying to put the screws in the backrest. I gave up on one of the holes because none of the J screws would go in. Now I’m finally sitting in the chair and it’s decent with good support. I’m 6′ 4 182lbs so I’m tall but not big. I bought it for gaming so I won’t be leaning back in it anytime soon. Overall so far, i think I’ll start to enjoy having it, but assembling it was horrible and I never want to experience that again.

    The chair rocks side to side and squeaks constantly.
    My wife has a different model of this chair and it works fine, this model seems to be lacking in stability and design.

    This was a great replacement for my old chair that I loved but has seen better days. What I like about this one (besides being very comfortable) is the fact that it doesn’t squeak at all. That is so annoying.

    Comfortable chair that is good and wide. Seems sturdy so far. Did have a few scratches on the leg piece, but nothing I couldn’t put up with.

    Received chair as a gift from family for my home office. They purchased it a few weeks ahead of time so my window of returning this uncomfortable chair has closed. It is all mine now – sadly.

    To start with, the padding looks impressive until you sit in it for over 30 mins. The air escapes and you are left sitting on a hard board. With that said, I am wiggling around so much, that the armrests have bruised the outsides of my thighs. These are designed to lean into the sitting area making the chair bottom wider than the armrest. This is a chair for Big and Tall, we need all the room we can get.

    Now, let’s talk about the back of the chair. An absolute nightmare to put onto the chair base. It took three of us doing what we could to get the bolt to screw in. The pleather was interfering with screwing the bolt in and they issue you the tiniest hex wrench to work with. With that said and done, the back fells like it is ready to fall off even though the bolts are tight. And it leans so far back, you really aren’t using it while sitting normally. If it was meeting time, I can see me sitting way back with my feet up but that’s not normal.

    Save yourself the headache and nightmare and avoid this chair.

    The chair is wide and able to handle weight upto 250lb. The material is nice however it squeaks alot when moving. Could have been made better with the amount that was paid.

    Great value! This is a very comfortable executive chair. I spend 60+ hours a week in it for WFH and personal computing (gaming). Easy to put together but pay close attention to the instructions!

    Overall it’s a decent chair. Assembly wasn’t terrible, however who ever designed the way you put the back on this chair needs to rethink some things. The chair looks nice aside for some blemishes that were on the plastic part of the arms that aren’t noticeable. It’s not as comfortable as I was imagining it would be, but it IS comfortable. Overall I’d say this chair is about $100 too much for the quality it is.

    I was a bit skeptical about spending 220 on this , but I use it my wife uses it daily and even after the kids put some wear on it. It’s still a damm good chair. Even after a cat or two all of the leather is still intact. Was a great buy.

    Great chair. I got the big executive size so i could cross my legs in the chair and still have room. I work 10+ hours on the computer at home, so co gort was a huge plus. I am 5ft 3 inches and 150lbs. If i sit all the way back in the chair, my feet don’t touch the floor. But i put them up on a small stool under my desk so my legs dont swell.

    One if the screw holes is milled wrong. Will not accept any bolt, even the extras. Waste of time. Returning to store. Buying another brand.

    I bought this chair because I am 6 feet 8 inches tall, and weigh 300 pounds. It is a very comfortable chair and it rolls very easily. It’s the best sitting chair that I have ever set in. There is nothing I can say bad about it.

    Decent chair lasted 3 years then the shock to hold the chair height went, the backrest hold failed also, and the first tear on the bottom pad of the chair happened, used every day for almost 3 years, comfy chair, and would recommend.
