    The headset works great the only thing is when you turn on headset there is No green led letting you know it’s on.
    Other than that is sounds good and clear for watching tv. Also there is a selector on front bottom of stand which indicates three positions. Can’t tell which one it’s on.

    The sound quality is great. I have my TV’s audio connected to the inputs on my stereo receiver, and then have the headphones base connected to the headphone jack which works out very well.

    I purchased this product and had to get several other pieces of equipment in order to make it work for my television in the meantime the charging capabilities did not work and Best Buys does not stand behind their return policy a 15-day return policy is ridiculous.

    I have the headphones connected to the phone output of my ONKYO receiver instead of the TV. I had to purchase a 6.35mm 1/4 inch Male TRS to 2 RCA Female Splitter Stereo Audio Adapter Cable to do so, but it works well. I get too much static, indeed, and it bothers me. Any advice on getting rid of the static is appreciated.

    Since I’ve started using the headphones I’ve noticed that the sound cuts out every once in awhile. I turn them off and turn them back on and the sound returns. I don’t know if this is normal or not.

    Ear pieces slide off my head. There is not any mechanism to hold them in place.

    The sound on these earphones kept dropping out and sometimes the sound dropped completely. I have tried to reach the manufacturer and it has been hopeless. I keep getting the same websites that lead nowhere.
    I do not want to buy another product from Sennheiser because it could be the same.

    This product is working great for my wife as she has a serious hearing issue and uses hearing aids.
    With the Sennheiser she uses them to watch tv without the hearing aids .

    I enjoyed the headphones a lot. They sit ON your years, not over your ears, so quick movements could dislodge them, but that was a minor issue. The sound is excellent; word clarity is good; and the switch that highlights voices helps with dialog in shows with too much noise or music. The sad part: after two weeks the charging base quit working. No lights–nothing. I am having the Geek Squad (who installed the speakers) come and try to salvage them. If not, I will be replacing them under the warranty.

    Cannot rate these headsets because they would not integrate with our surround sound system.

    Had to return it. Base would not charge. We had other unit and it charged on that one.

    Former Sennheiser 120 was RF (radio frequency) I could walk though 1500 Sq ft home & receive clear, full stereo reception.

    This model is Bluetooth. Signal quits less than 25 Ft away from transmitter. BT is great For My Phone. My phone is with me & headphones / ear buds. BT not great for the 120. RF signal travels through walls. BT doesn’t.

    Absolutely love these headphones. Simple to use , clear as a bell to listen to and I am hard of hearing. Like them so much I’m considering buying a second set for another TV.

    Easy to set up and the system works great. It is good for people with older non-smart TVs. We tried blue tooth headphones with blue tooth adaptors, but they never worked properly for my 96 year old father-in-law. This is the second set he has had. The first one would still be working but it had an accident. They take a lot of abuse, but couldn’t survive being run over by a mobility scooter!
