The difference in sound stage to another pair that’s around $400 like the momentum 3s (which I also have) is like night and day. Every instrument and even the vocals become more crisp and pronounced.

There is a lot of mix reviews about this headphones but you need the right DAC otherwise is no good.

Paired with my Marantz amp and the sound is nothing short of amazing. I’m used to using Bose (QC45) and Sony (WXM-004) Bluetooth headphones and while they are great for traveling, the HD820’s are simply levels above in sound clarity. It’s a whole new experience.
