    I love the sound quality and bass! This was especially great for the price, but I got it on sale. I would say the noise cancellation is not the best, nor is the voice notification. Overall love and use these headphones daily.

    This is a decent headset at a good price if you are realistic about what you need them to do. Listen to music and make calls on your phone only? Fantastic! There are, however, a few things you should know up front.

    This is a good headset for listening to music or talking on the phone as long as it won’t be an extended session. It isn’t great for games on PC and doesn’t work with the Xbox Series X.

    The dual connect feature has only caused the headset to disconnect from my PC every 30 seconds or so. As there is no way to control the connection from the headset, I have to turn off BT on my phone.

    If you aren’t listening to lossless music, not much difference in quality between these and my Logitech headset.

    These are ON EAR, not over ear phones. I have small ears that fit inside the cups, but not comfortably for more than an hour tops.

    The real problem is that the noise cancelling is terrible. I still hear my keyboard. I still hear my housemate coughing. The active noise cancellation just can’t handle short sharp sounds. On the upside, I can’t hear my PC fan when gaming. On the downside, I can still hear the traffic outside.

    Again, the sound quality is great if you are playing music and the noise cancelling problems aren’t as noticeable. If you, like me, suffer from sensory overstimulation and need the quiet, pass on these.

    Great battery life. But the connectivity issues are so bad they make them almost unusable. If you attempt to use them between two devices. God help you. The app will tell me they’re connected and the Bluetooth settings on my iPhone will say the same, but alas…sound coming out of iPhone speakers. Then you have to go in and “forget device” and try the process over. The touch sensors are so sensitive, just grazing them on your shoulder could set them off. Can’t find anything in the settings to shut them off or change the configuration. Worst HP experience I’ve had in many years, maybe ever. Truly do not recommend, especially at that price point.

    Battery is good. Sound quality is fine for the price point. ANC is also decent. Connectivity is a disaster. Never connects automatically and after less than a week of owning them they do not connect to either of the devices to which they had been paired and successfully used.
    Huge disappointment from Sennheiser here. At this point (again, a week into owning them) they are only usable as a wired headphone. Website is totally useless.

    I was expecting a little more from Seinheisser if I am being quite honest. The sound is clear but there is not enough bass for me. Bass does not feel punchy enough for me. If you are a bass lover I would recommend the Skullcandy Crusher Evo. Does rattle your head like crazy!

    I have used this headset on a few flights and I tried to use it when gaming or on the go. The sound quality is fantastic but after about 2-3 hours it gets quite uncomfortable. It may just be me but it feels heavy on the head and ears and it can give me headache. I recently took a 16 hour flight to Japan and I wish I spent the money on a more expensive and higher quality headphone.

    Sound is flawless and crisp. Superior to my airpods pro. The noice canceling isn’t the best in loud environments, but i don’t lose my sound quality when i’m vacuuming. I can just vaguely hear it in the background.

    For tablets, phones and PC the audio is easy to set up. When you need to use the mic, it’s crisp for phones and tablets, but for pc (including laptops), it works but not the best. People can hear you and you have to play with your internal sound settings. Overall, if you want a pair of headsets for your commute, to relax and listen to audio or while you’re working, that +20 hour battery comes in VERY handy! I use these on a daily. Don’t regret the purchase when i don’t want to spend +300 on the superior upgrade.

    Everything about these headphones is average at base or lower, the sound quality is not JBL exciting neither Bose clear. The noise cancelation leaves a lot to be desired. Not very comfy after an hour. Not exciting not fun, very boring.

    The headphones are ooookay. I feel Like the sound is lower than I’m used to even at the highest volume. The equalizer app helps but it’s annoying to constantly have to adjust the levels to different types of music. Also i would Not recommend these for djing. The bass started to sound super fuzzy when plugged into a mixer and i was A little nervous the headphones were gonna blow out during my set. These are cool for the every day casual headphones User but for people looking to do more, i would Recommend that you dish out the extra cash for a pair of pro sennheisers.

    I read many good reviews about the sound quality and decided to try this company for my next headphones. Suddenly, my Beats Studio 3 headphones were broken (due to really bad design quality), so I decided to give these headphones a try and I’m really glad about my choice. I give it 4 stars only because the headphones are smaller than Beats Studio; it’s a really good product, but Beats was more comfortable – just that. I can recommend, if you have a chance to try this product in person, try it before buying.

    Unfortunately have to give one star to comment… Product arrived with open/unsealed packaging, contents just thrown in, plastic bags for cords crumbled up inside, instructions crumbled up like a bad attempt at map folding… Attached photo shows condition right out of the box….. I turned them on just to test, they had a slight charge already.. Loud buzzing and humming in headphones not even connected to phone yet… I have another pair of these and they work flawlessly….. HOW DARE YOU SEND ME A USED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THAT SOME CLOWN OBVIOUSLY RETURNED AND DID NOT TELL YOU THEY WERE DEFECTIVE WHEN I PAID FULL PRICE FOR A NEW PRODUCT!!!!!!!!! Chat was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Will be returning to local store and filing complaint with BBB

    This a replacement pair that I bought after my 3-year-old smashed my old ones. The overall sound quality is great and the noise cancelling capability is pretty good as well. They are not flimsy, and can withstand a decent amount of abuse (perhaps Not the torture of a toddler). If they weren’t good I wouldn’t spend the money to buy them a second time.
    Battery life is great, I’d say at least 4-5 hours. Connectivity is great as well. It’s maintained connection while mowing the lawn while my phone has been in the house.

    For 8 months these have been amazing!

    8 months and no visible or feelable wear on the leather
    Easy to fold into little bag to take to office

    Con:
    After 8 months there is crackling in the right headphone, still in manufacturer warranty so more annoying than anything else

    I love these headphones! You are able to pair them to multiple devices at once which can cause issues at times but I use them for work calls as well as teams meetings which I used to use two separate headsets for. The sound is great too, its made listening to music much more enjoyable.

    Great sound quality and very portable! Only at 4 stars because they were an amazing deal when I got them at $132, but I had to buy them again at $180 and that was a bit harder to swallow. Mainly because the app to control the headphones is pretty lackluster. Overall, though, they’re great to travel with and the ANC is top notch!

    I primarily got these because I was getting tired of using my in-ear ones all day long for work calls. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in them and expected better from Sennheiser. I will give these a few more days, but will probably end up returning.

    The Pros:
    + Sound quality is good
    + Battery life is great
    + Aux cable can make it usable as a wired set as well

    The Cons:
    – Noise cancellation is non-existent. There is no visual indicator of whether the noise cancellation is on or off. And the audio pretty much sounds the same with on and off.
    – These are not over-the-ear headphones, but on-ear. They press your ears to such an extent that it borderline hurts after an hour or so of wearing them.
    – If you use them for working out, please note that they will not stay stable, will often slip, and need readjustment.
    – If you have it connected to two devices, and you walk out of range from the primary device, it constantly gives an annoying “Connection Lost” message every 10 seconds or so for 5 minutes. There is no way of turning that off.
    – The app is unable, at least on Android. It just shows the device status and gives firmware update notifications. Not much else you can do there. Not sure why it needs almost 100MB of space.

    These headphone for the price are excellent, they have a comfortable feeling to them and do not fall off easily. The sound quality and noise cancellation are good, but this is where I’d consider a different set if you really want that immersed feeling, these definitely get the job done though.

    My previous set of Bluetooth over ear headphones were Sony and they were far superior.

    first is connectivity. these headphones are really difficult to connect to my phone and they do not connect automatically in the same way that other Bluetooth headphones have. they also don’t automatically power off when you disconnect your Bluetooth device from the headphones. If you forget to manually power down the headphones, you will come back to a dead set of headphones.

    The noise canceling is also ridiculous and stupid. I use his headphones for work and if I have to get on a phone call or a team’s call, the audio on my end is really really bad. It does this weird thing where you can hear all of the outside sound and it muffles the noise you actually want to hear regardless of your noise canceling setting.

    and now the headphones are broken. I picked them up on September 17th 2023 and they were broken within the first 2 months of use. I’m working on going through the warranty process now. If you Google these headphones with connectivity issues or screeching issues, you’ll see that this is a known issue with these headphones and one that Sennheiser has not remedied.
