I love these earbuds. I was looking for something with a natural sound, and these deliver: uncluttered, pure, able to pick up the scratch of a bow on a string or the faint echo of a vocal. And for the price? Can’t beat ‘em.

Bought these because I lost my previous ear buds, and, after reading the reviews, decided to give it a try. The sound is decent for all uses, from talking on the phone to listening to music. My biggest complaint is that I use it for both personal and work cells and it does not switch between cells very smoothly. I am always having to take extra steps to switch between phones, which I never had to do with my Skullcandy ear buds. Other than that, I have no complaints.

These were my favorite headphones for several months. I thought the sound quality was great. The ear buds were a tad uncomfortable, but the battery life made up for this minor flaw. However, out of nowhere, one of my earbuds completely stopped working. I tried rebooting several times, only for the sound to cut in and out sporadically while I used the earphones. I had to give up on these earbuds and buy a pair from a different company. Save your money! Don’t buy these.

Heavily discounted and best buy certificates made this the best $15 wireless I have bought to date. The app helps a little with sound allowing you to add an equalizer to them. The custom tailor EQ tests your preferences and generates its recommended setting. Clearly has a sennheiser voicing which also puts it ahead of others in it price/category.

They were ok for what they are. There is no noise cancellation. So they weren’t very loud. While the music still sounded crisp. It didn’t give the same sound quantity as Airpods or even the Jabra ones I got on a whim were more comfortable and had great sound. I’d still like to try Bose and JBL, just to really see how they all sound.

The sound is excellent. The fit to my ears is pretty good but they will come out during a lot of movement (exercise). The only downside is that there is no noise canceling but the ear isolation is decent.

( Before I start I want to make sure you know what I’m comparing these to, comparing them to the Apple AirPods for around the same range since I used to daily those for years )
I got these a few days ago, honestly amazing crystal clear earbuds, I think at first I was disappointed with the bass coming from Sonys line of EXTRA BASS Over ear headphones, but after a while I realize the capability and size are huge differences ( dumb of me I know lol ) but I honestly started to love these after a while, the Bass isn’t feel it in your head, instead this nice deep punchy and kicky bass, definitely sounds amazing, I would like to compare these to Apples AirPods which are similar in Price, At first glance the AirPods and these sound similar, but Sennheiser knocked it out of the park with so many things, the AirPods have practically no bass, there’s nothing to them, and the Sennheiser has such an amazing sound all around, I’m no audiophile but I wish I was. The downside to these is really only the comfort and fit, also connectivity which I’ll break down. The first 2 days I think for never using Sennheiser buds I was lost and the connectivity was awful, I mean only one side would connect and the other would flash weird colors repetitively, lots of stuff that confused me at first lol. But I don’t remember when it happened but I mean they work flawlessly now, and if they don’t connect it’s a matter of putting them in the case and taking them back out and boom, all fixed lol. Now the comfort depends a lot on your ears and I happen to have a slight smaller ear than the other it feels like, so this was a huge problem with the AirPods. It all depends on the person but these are actually relatively comfortable, nice snug fit but the first few days they did feel weird and uncomfortable but you eventually find out how you like them. Battery life I wanted to bring up because it baffles me, I’ll use the buds all day at work, hours at home and then switch ear somewhere in between and these buds will last me 2 whole days ( w/ case ) and it’s actually Insane, they’re so light too it feels like air. I’ve never ever had them die on me and for that reliability which I think is hugely important for buds, Sennheiser earns my respect. If these are this good I’m sure you could spend a few more bucks on their higher end buds or the ones in this lineup. Nice sleek and smooth design and I HEAVILY recommend a case, even the silicone ones to protect from chipping and scratched, case doesn’t feel as premium as AirPods but I think the sleek design and the lid closing feedback makes up for it, the lid closing sound and feel is way better than AirPods which are satisfying to open and close.

DO NOT BUY.. dont get me wrong i liked them alot and had good sound quality. But after a month the right bud went out. 2 months later other ones dead. I love sennheiser but this is ridiculous.

I purchased these headphones on sale looking for a cheaper replacement for my Bose headphones. The sounds quality is excellent, but the touch controls are slightly annoying and the app used to control the settings is bare bones. I have had these for less than 1 month, and the right earbud has quit working. I followed every help manual I could find, and it’s impossible to perform a factory reset when both earbuds are not functional. A quick Google search for this problem brought up hundreds of results. Apparently the headphones breaking fairly soon after purchase is a known issue, and there are no real fixes once one earbud goes dead. If this was a $20 pair of earbuds I wouldn’t be surprised, but for a product this expensive this is ridiculous.

These sound nice. If you’re use to AirPods or have a small ears, you have to get use to these. The bass sounds nice. Noise cancelling I haven’t found to enable or disable . If you’re a podcaster, these are good . They have a option in the eq app for podcasts. Battery life is great!

I have had these for approximately seven months now. On the positive side I can say they sounded good and fit comfortably. They had a good battery life and the case held a lot of charge. Unfortunately, that is all the good I can say.
On the negative side: At about month six my right earbud stopped pairing at all. I contacted Sennheiser and opened a warranty repair. This required me to pay for shipping to their center. I did so figuring it was worth the cost. After receiving my original buds they sent me new buds to replace my original pair. Awesome!
I have now had the replacement buds for about a month and have run into the same issue. They worked great until today. My right bud stopped working this morning, doesn’t even give me the customary greeting of “power on” but does light up like it wants to work. They are fully charged and as of this afternoon the left bud will no longer pair, but does still say “power on”.
I am not going to even bother with the warranty return. If I can expect this kind of product I will just get something else.

I like the sound, very nice as is typical of Sennheiser. Occasionally one side does not pair and I have to pair again but that’s not too often. The touch controls work well but are annoying sometimes when you just want to handle the earbud without accidentally pausing or skipping, etc. but that’s just the design. Good sound for the price, charge lasts a long time, I’m happy.

I’ve used these buds for almost a year now and I would say that they are good, but have some fairly noticeable issues, mainly regarding connectivity. When I first got these buds, i had issues where they struggled to connect to my phone, to the point where i had to factory reset them and customize the settings all over again. Very annoying too since both times i was walking between classes and couldn’t listen to music for the rest of the day until i fixed them. More recently, I’ve had a few instances where my headphones would randomly disconnect from my phone then immediately pair again as if i had turned my Bluetooth off. Other times I’ve had it to where i can audibly hear static, as if the buds are struggling to maintain a connection. This mainly happened when listening to YouTube. I’ve also had it to where my buds just drop connection, leaving audio coming out of my iPhone and having to put the buds back in the case to start the pairing and connection process again. In some rare instances, only twice, I’ve had the left earbud just absolutely refuse to pair at all, only having the right earbud produce any sound. The first time it resolved in about an hour or so of not using them, but the second time was horrible. Even leaving them in the case overnight didn’t fix them immediately. It took a second night of leaving them alone for the buds to properly work again. I could’ve likely reset my buds and they would’ve worked again, however I didn’t want to go through the hassle of customizing the controls a third time. It’s likely that there maybe could’ve been some quality control issues regarding my specific pair of earbuds, being that almost all my issues with this product related to Bluetooth, and I couldn’t find much info on all of the issues that I had regarding these buds. I would have returned these earbuds, but sadly, apart from the connection issues I experienced at first where a reset was required, all the other issues occurred whenever they were outside of warranty. At the time I thought that it was just a fluke on my end or just some minor inconveniences that wouldn’t crop up again. Everything else about these buds I would say are solid, great even, from sound quality and comfort to battery life. When they do work, they are fantastic buds, especially since i got them on sale and did function as intended about 80% of the time I’ve used them since owning them. However, as soon as you start experiencing any issues regarding Bluetooth, I would likely just return them and get a different pair of buds because it’s likely that you will experience long term issues with these buds.

Luckily, there’s a 2-year warranty and I am sending them back for repair or replacement. I’m grateful for that. However, I’ll be without buds for ??? how long? These buds sounds amazing! Best bass, high and lows I have heard, especially for a set that does on sale for under $100. I have 4 set of these. They have no fancy frills just good sound a comfortable fit. I’ve worn them outside cutting the lawn in 90degree hear, soaking them with sweat and they work fine. Cannot go wrong with these!!

first and only experience with Sennheiser and it will be my last. Bought these for my wife. they worked for a year or so and then the right one stopped working. Did all the updating and such. Nothing worked. Sent to Sennheiser and got a replacement. They lasted about 3 months and same issue. Chucked ’em in the trash and bought more raycons. Cheap but at least they last for 3 years plus.
