I’ve been using these earbuds for about a month. Bought them on sale and am very happy with them so far.
The sound quality is excellent, the app is easy to use, the battery life has been as advertised, and the case is compact. The noise-cancelling feature isn’t great but it’s a little better than the JLab buds I have.
The only con I have is that I’m not sure how sturdy the case is. Guess I’ll find out but right now, I’m happy with this purchase and with Best Buy’s speedy delivery.

He’s a great earbuds but sound amazing and fit comfortably. However they seem to have a problem working independently. If I just use one half the time no sound will come out of it until I take the second one out of the case and put it back in then it’ll work on its own this is a big hassle for me.

Connectivity and sound quality for these earbuds are excellent. Bass response is the best I’ve heard from earbuds. They are a bit bulkier that I expected.

These earbuds sound great but get uncomfortable to wear after about 30-45 minutes or so. The sound quality is really good but they start to hurt my ears after about 30 minutes of being in. Good for short periods of time.

Its been exactly 6 months since i got these and thats how long they will last you. Don’t waste you’re money on any sennheiser ear buds because they all end up useless. There is a small wire within the earbud that will break just from the pressure of putting the bud in over the course of 6 months, shorting the ear bud. Of course it being the right one, makes the left one useless as well because it requires the right one to connect to your phone. Garbage.

The sound cancelling is very nice.
Easy to hook up with Bluetooth.
Fits comfortably in ears
Cons:
Earbuds will fall out if you lean or bend over frequently.
Touch sensors in the side aren’t intuitive and accidentally touching will cause calls to hang up and music to stop
Battery life—compared to Gen2 non-Pro AirPods is bad.
Issues with charging cable needing to be lined up exactly or else it may not charge.
I have other Sennheiser headphones—HD 599’s—that work amazing for over-ear, open back headphones for computer use. Thought the wireless earbuds would be the same. The sound quality and noise cancelling is really nice but for the price point these just don’t hit the mark.

This is my second Sennheiser product. The first were headphones. I enjoyed those, so when i decided to switch to earbuds, it was an easy decision to purchase another Sennheiser product. These put out great audio. When you remove one from your ear, the music pauses automatically and resumes once you put it back in your ear. I haven’t had ear buds in years because all the previous ones were uncomfortable and irritated my ears, these do not bother me at all. Another great product from Sennheiser!

You will need stand alone app to get the most value out of these earbuds. The stock sound is very bland customization is key. I do appreciate how responsive the touch controls are on the earbuds. The pass through sound is convenient when talking to someone since you won’t really need to remove earbuds. Over all I’m impressed, just sucks the default sound is meh if you don’t feel like manually messing with the audio mixers.

These earbuds have been nothing but a hassle. They constantly stop any audio coming through and the only fix is a factory reset which eventually stops working. Just look up Cx audio problem on google and you will see what I mean. Avoid these headphones

Exceeded my expectations!
Coming from Anker, Bose, and Sony higher end audio devices. I decided I needed to replace my current gym ear buds as the battery wasn’t holding a good charge and I didn’t want it break the 150 dollar mark. After testing a few ear buds I decided these were the clear winner. They are much lighter than other ear buds which are great. They sound just right. Similar to Bose in terms of clarity and enough bass so it’s not overpowering. These have been excellent so far.
Because these are so light, you could accidentally leave them in their pants and into the wash.

These Sennheiser earbuds are entry-level. In comparison to the “Momentum,” they are horrible, but other entry-level earbuds they are ok. Cheaply made! However, I swear by Sennheiser’s product because the sound quality is superior to all competitors.

I was concerned about purchasing these due to the subpar reliability reviews but took a chance due to the highly rated sound quality. So far so go on reliability (only 1 month in), really like the sound quality. Time will tell otherwise.
