    It says security system which is best leading it’s false advertisement. Awls it is is the remote start system which my vehicle currently had already and then they don’t tell you that you also have to buy the DS 4 plus upgrade to actually have a security system but other than that when altogether it works perfectly

    I purchased this for a 99 crown victoria and it said it was comparable. First my install was pushed back several times all for me to get there today and for them to tell they couldnt do the install because I didnt have both master keys which the wedsite never said. I read the reviews throughly and it said nothing of the sort. This was purchased back in May, it is now June 4th way beyond the return period. Absolutely absurd!

    I feel like DEI products have lost some of their appeal. I grew up with DEI viper products and they were very high quality but now they seem a bit water down. This system is not bad but is not great either. The one button remote is horrible, so if you buy this system do your self a favor and buy the better extra five button remote. You will save your self a headache. You can also buy the alarm add on for this RS system. Make sure to talk with an experienced live autotech to see if this system is compatible with your vehicle. Do not trust anyone else even if they work for Best Buy, or you will get the wrong information.

    Actually my car already had an alarm so I didn’t need it so they were nice enough not to install and I got a refund. He could have easily installed it but he was honest about it awesome

    Required advanced level auto and electrical work. Expect to incorporate labor fees to get this in properly and working well with the Viper system

    It’s not what I thought. I thought the system as far as the push start would have been great.but it’s the opposite it works when it wants to work. The alarm is great it does go off. And the alerts for locking are cool

    Ok ok here we go I purchased this for my car etc and it didn’t work so anyways was Excited to get it installed and all in the end didn’t work at all so I did a return and when with another brand I say viper it’s good but not for everyone car. So I believe I should still get my points for giving my best review on this item.

    Seems to be a really good alarm system/security system but I had an amp a radio two sets of speakers and subwoofer and a remote starter installed so I had to move my battery in the vehicle up to AMG battery

    Perfect choice for your vehicle if you have automatic start system ds4/ds4+ installed already
    It won’t work if your car doesn’t have installed.
    Instalation was provided by Best Buy at no extra cost
    The system it’s solid and very responsive
    The sensitivity can be tweaked after
    Again no more worries for your car
    As a tip: ask your technician to set your OEM car key to take over the commands including the auto start

    Dont know how it works, after waiting 3 hours my installer at Best Buy said it cant be installed on my car which is a newer car , so i went to Tint World the following day and got it installed. I lost money because I had break my bundle!

    After my car got broken into in my driveway it was clear that my safe/secure home was not so safe or secure anymore. I had the viper alarm system along with the remove start system. The remote system is a definite must have for the viper alarm system. Being able to start the car from inside the house with the confidence that the car will be there when I get ready to leave.

    I love my alarm I’m happy that we finally got it working correctly sometimes it does a little funny beep but I think it’s interacting with my cars alarm system it doesn’t have anything to do with the alarm I definitely recommend

    They have had to replace the brain twice now. Not sure if they didn’t care to find the problem and replacing it was just easier. Still works well with the ds4 remote start
