Worst experience with Geek Squad service (5800 Britton Pkwy, Dublin, OH 43016)
I worked with Yocham, Valerie (salesperson), very sweet and always willing to help,
Whereas Rapp, Kevin(Geek Squad) worst guy in the whole planet. Zero customer service. I will never work with Geek Squad.
I do not recommend the Geek Squad especially Kevin. Don’t work with him. Worst person.

Best buy said they would install my projector and screen and Receiver abd 7.2.1 speakers that has been purchased and sitting in my home for over a month, and they keep pushing installation back, now i have to wait another 2 months to get this installed.
Leks –
This is a wonderful screen. I’ve had mine for over 2 years and I love it. I paired this with a JVC NX7 (RS2000) and I get wonderful blacks and contrast even with 4 can lights on. I’ll definitely recommend. The only reason I took off a star is due to poor BestBuy customer service and the the shipping company used to deliver this item. It was an hassle tying to track the item and it was late. Also had damages to the packaging but luckily no there were no damages to the product itself. I just thought an item of this price point should have been handled with more care.
