I wanted a frame for my magsafe charger and thought this would be perfect, looks clean but my phone wont stick properly because edge of camera ridge prevents this item from laying flush against it. Smh.

This car mount solves a problem that other brands haven’t; taking advantage of magsafe for both charging AND holding an iPhone in your car. The mount can be easily installed anywhere on your dashboard and the magnets on the magsafe ”puck” are strong enough to securely hold and charge your iPhone. Apple’s magsafe charging “puck” isn’t included but it’s worth the investment.

The Apple MagSafe charger fits in this holder perfectly, and it works great. I have one in my Prius and my GT-R. It’s able to withstand the forces of a GT-R launch without the phone going flying (0-60 in ~3 seconds). I’ve tried about 5 different mounts now, this has been my best experience with one yet. In my Prius, I DoorDash so it’s seeing literal constant high volume use, and 0 issues.

It will not hold your phone. The magnet on the bottom is just a piece of metal not even magnetic.

Ble to use it with my apple magsafe charger and has a great holdre so the weight isnt all on one part and keeps the phone in place.

It is not perfect but it does the job for me very well. It is difficult to get the Magsafe adapter from Apple to position correctly and fully stick to adhesive. However if you work at it, no problems once it sticks. Also rubber housing can bend and get sucked inward behind the Magsafe. You can fix this quickly by spreading it outwards and applying some pressure to flatten the surrounding surface. If you do this immediately it will work very well with no future issues. Working great for months now!

I think it’s due the outside temperature.

It’s not a bad item for the cost. I thought it would come with the charger but it unfortunately did not. And the magnet is not strong enough to hold up the phone without it. So make sure you have a MagSafe charger prior to getting this item!

I needed a good phone mount to hold my phone steady while I shagged a rotten one in back of my wagon. This thing did ok until she reversed cowgirled me and all bets were off!

Not the best, not the worst. Does not come with the charger so unless you have one, you won’t even be able to use the mount since that’s how it attaches. Mounting for vent doesn’t work too well and the adhesive sticker didn’t stick at all. Immediately fell off the dash once I put my phone on it.
