I got this product around new years with my rewards points that I had accumulated over the holidays! i love my best buy card and the points it gives but boy oh boy did i not love this Magic Mount!
Let me get to the point, it is very poorly designed, it is cheaply made, hardly flexible, and not strong. As soon as i put my phone on it the downward slump happened and only got worse. The neck of this thing CANNOT handle an Iphone MAX or any premium big heavy phone I would gather. You have to take your cell phone cover off for it to charge, and like i said It doesnt hold your phone so good luck with that. The only thing this mount has done for me is shown me the ever going lesson “if something seems to good (&cheap) to be good, it probably is”. Cant wait to bring this magic TRICK back and get a real car charger again.

Doesn’t work well with the bigger phones or with a thicker case. Magnet not big enough or strong enough. Kept falling off.

Connections are good. Puts phone in a good spot for me when using the MAPS.

Will not stay in socket without turning over phone hanging upside down about two and return the other one to the store before I even opened it after experiencing trouble with the first one
