I have a few other Mounts from this company, that is why I purchased this one. Easy to install , good customer support, on-line videos on installation.
But I ordered this on-line. I received the item and the box was crushed everywhere, tears in it . The box had 15 pounds of tape all around it. I almost sent it back. BTY : this was $100.00 off of the original price , but did not disclose that it may have been a return . Lucky I have installed a few of these mounts. I was shorted a few parts, but a trip to the hardware store took care of that.
So…… I am very pleased with the mount. It does what I expected. Too bad they don’t give a star count on the delivered item condition. That would have got a 0 ⭐️.

A very reasonably priced wall mount. I mounted it last weekend and had never mounted any TV before. We mounted it to a TV that my father in law gave us (used) so it is compatible with a lot of brands. Just do your research ahead to make sure the model can fit and within the weight guidelines. They have paper and on-line videos. It’s pretty straightforward as long as you take your time. The hardest part will be finding your wall studs and making sure its level.
This kind of mount is really meant to be flush to the wall. You can pull it out to get access to the ports in the back but its not one where you can swivel it around so make sure its in the center of where you want to mount it.

The wall mount itself is terrific but the online instructions need more detail when actually connecting the tv to the wall. Putting the brackets on the tv and the mount to the wall are pretty straightforward, however connecting the tv with brackets to the wall mount lacked detail, especially regarding the top part of the bracket has threads which you want to tighten once the tv is on the wall

Very sturdy. It does well coming out from the wall and tilting side to side. The vertical tilt isn’t great, but the horizontal tilt is more important to me. For the regular $300, not worth it. But I got it on sale for $100 and I’m happy with it for that price.

I am returning this item it is so heavy, I don’t know if my old walls from 1962 will hold it and my 55” tv, this thin is mighty heavy, I cannot lift it so I will not be installing it! I will go back and get lighter model. Just a little lighter!

Needed a new wall mount after we moved, and had the old TV on there as well as the larger new TV. This now holds our 65″ Sony over the fireplace in the living room and has so far done everything we could ask of it.

Had to return it. The mounting bracket isn’t adjustable for stud location so tv would not have been aligned in pre built cove. Took a Geek Squad followup call to inform me of this. Was a pain to return and very expensive to buy the appropriate arm.

Very heavy, full-motion mount which we used to mount a 65″ Sony Bravia television. Installation was challenging due to the weight of the mount, television and attached Samsung soundbar. Sanus includes many bolts, etc. of every size which is a big plus and you don’t have to worry about not having what you need. This is my second Sanus install and I highly recommend this brand. Quality is great, supplies are included and great instructions along with a template is included. I purchased this for $99 as one of the Best Buy deals of the day which made this a terrific value.

Very poor motion and smoothness. You have to use way too much force to pull out/swivel tv. I do not recommend for OLEDs especially.

Bought this mount on sale hoping it would be a good fit to a tv we would buy in the future. I should have taken the horrible condition they came in as a sign and sent them back. Had a tv delivered by Geek Squad and they told me both mounts were damaged right out of the box. Can’t even use one and the other is dented massively. Not sure if this is just bad quality or bad service when they shipped it.

This is a very strong TV mount that allows full motion. The installation takes a bit of work, primarily because the frame on the wall is very heavy – enough that it took two people to hold it up while I installed the lag screws; other than that installation was simple. It doesn’t move as easily as a single arm mount, but then it can hold a much bigger TV than they can.

It is heavy, bulky and hard to move. Bought the box and it is heavy. Setup is complicated and needs attention. Also easy to break if not handled with care If you want a slim wall mount take the Model BLFS420-B1. It is a lower profile, same price & tv support, and lighter.

Works amazing for my 75″ LG TV in the living room. It easily turns any direction as needed so I can even see it from the kitchen it angles so well. I would definitely buy it again for another room if needed.
