    Great mount, slim, smooth and easy to install. Also easy to move the tv around.
    Main con is that there was rust mount on the surface but luckily it is not on the main structural and critical points of the mount.

    This is a very good TV mount. I’ve installed several different brands and various models. The elite series stands above the rest. Excellent design, manufacturing, materials and quality instructions/packaging. Yes, you’ll spend a few more dollars for this mount versus others, however, you’ll be glad you did. This mount delivers very good strength, stability & a low profile. The only drawback to this mount are some of the fasteners, as the heads of the fasteners do not facilitate a strong tool contact for tightening. I actually chose to replace the included fasteners with better stainless steel fasteners from my local hardware.

    Finally seems to doing okay. Had it installed. They had to come back and adjust it. I couldn’t. Plus did bot want to take that chance. But SERVICE WAS STILL GREAT AS WHEN THEY INSTALLED IT. CAME BACK IN TIMELY MANNER TOO.

    Instructions were absolutely horrible and completely useless. Fortunately, it wasn’t too hard to figure out how to install it. The unit itself is sturdy and well made. We use it to support an 85 inch Samsung TV.

    I recently installed this in my home for 70″ TV I have. Overall thought the instructions were very clear and walked me through the process of installing the mount well. This mount is a little more challenging than the average mount but overall still very easy to install. The TV now feels very well supported with this mount and I have no fears this mount will fail due to its structural rigidity.

    This TV mount was easy to install for me. I would describe myself as a proficient DIYer. I took my time to measure and check everything, but got it installed in under 2 hours. I ABSOLUTELY used a second set of hands to place the TV on the mount after everything was tightened up. (Pardon the messy wiring in the photo, I just got my cable organization stuff to clean that up, and then this thing is gonna be sweet!)

    It moves very smoothly and quietly, and feels solid as heck. I bought this from Best Buy because I trust the store to sell quality products, and this is definitely that.

    Bonus star for Best Buy for their Price Match Guarantee. I called the 800 number and now I am getting money back because it went on sale after Christmas.

    We had returned due to the price. We had found a cheaper option with the same quality. Unfortunately this value is to high for what else is out on the market

    Too hard to figure out how to mount it to our new tv. The holes didnt line up with our TV. The instructions said it was very easy. We couldnt figure the 1st step and had to return it. The salesman offered to send someone to our house to mount it for $250, which was more then the mounting bracket. The bracket is very heavy so make sure to find the beams.

    The installation and mounting process was fairly straightforward and about an hour of making sure that i was doing things right i was able to have my TV up and mounted! Would recommend that if you have a larger TV to get a second person to help, but overall it was fairly easy and it is sturdy up there!

    Installed the to mount my 85″ Samsung QN900C. Weight rating is in line with the TV. However, allen screws to adjust the horizontal location of the tv locked and couldnt be removed.

    Once the tv was hung on the mount, could never the arms too full collapse and lock.

    Rotational (corners up and down) and angle would not stay locked in place, TV was always at wierd angles.

    With arms extended tv did not seem stable.

    Might be ok with a smaller tv, but the allen wrench provided for the allen screws is too small and does ends up stripping the the screw.

    Online app to determine mounting height is way off as well.

    Easy to install and feels like good quality. Also heavy and sturdy. One thing I definitely did not like and reason for the 3 stars is the allen screws being used are garbage they are shallow and when tightening the screw they slip i wasnt able to fully tighten the tv because of this. Very easy way to strip the bolts.

    Time consuming to install. Menards has similar mounts for less than $50, I didnt see them until after I mounted this.

    This is an easy to setup and install TV mount.
    I’m rating the mount as average due to it’s less than anticipated stability at the TV clip-on mount pivot point. While rated for a significantly higher weight capacity than the TV installed on it, the pivot doesn’t feel sturdy or stable, even when all the adjustment screws are tightened past what I feel is a comfortable torque.

    Great tv stand very maneuverable. Easy to install. You need a big stand for a big tv. a little pricey but again built well and I’m sure will last a long time. Only disappointment with Best Buy is they talk you into the membership and the last five items I purchased I couldn’t receive any discount. each time I was told that’s the best price. The other item was I was promised a 250.00 gift card for trouble I had purchasing my first tv and sound bar but I never got it that was four months ago.
