    After spending hours debating how high I needed the wall mount on the wall for the TV to be appropriately located I saw that they have a website on the instructions which will do the calculations for you based on your TVs model and size to help you appropriately mount your TV on your wall.

    An amazing product. It supports the TV and the Soundbar and allows for easy movement for cleaning behind the TV or to change the angle of viewing. Very Sturdy!

    This mount was easy to install and looks nice. Adjustments are simple and lock out with an allen wrench. One problem I havent solved is the TV swings back to its original position if its too far to the left.

    Probably the most heavy duty tv mount out there. Certainly wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for and it is not cheaply made. If you want the best tv mount money can buy, get this mount and you won’t be disappointed.

    This mount is perfect for those of us who need to change the viewing angle of the TV. We have a bay window next to the TV, and this mount allows us to turn the angle of the TV to miss the glare. Very versatile, and very heavy duty!!

    This is a really heavy duty mount with all of the viewing angles I need. It is a little hard to turn, definitely needs 2 people for my 85” TV. However, I like how secure it feels!

    Very nice, high quality wall mount….may be slight overkill for my new TV (they’re all getting lighter all the time), but given how secure the TV feels – even when extended and turned well away from the wall – I’d make this choice again. I imagine this wall mount will see service throughout the life of this new TV, and very likely my next.

    Perfect match for my Samsung QN95 75″ TV. It is heavy and well built. It has a smooth movement in any direction. I know it will hold a larger or heavier tv.

    With a LG OLED 77 inch TV mounted to it and a Sony sound bar. Hard to pull in and out with out getting finger prints on your screen. It really takes 2 people to pull it out or till it. Hard to pull it out even with 1 person.Would be nice if you could adjust the height with out taking it all a part and remountting. solid build

    $500 for a TV mount may seem a little spendy but The pull out and tilt and angle is easy worth the extra few $

    The product itself is great, relatively easy to install. I was able to do it by myself ( a second person would be preferred). Built very solid, moves and swivels with ease and holds its spot. I have my 85″ Sony on it. package looked like it went through a hurricane though. What parts were held together were from second hand shipping tape that was wrapped around the box. Best Buy didn’t seem to care the quality to which they sent the opened box. Frustrating when you buy something new but it arrives like it got dug out of the dump. Customer service was poor I had to fight to get any remedy which was %10 off or I could carry the falling apart box back to the store for a refund.

    The mount is fantastic and built very well. I bought this as my 65″ TV is very heavy and I wanted to make sure it could hold it well and last.
    The problem I had was with my Sanus BXF230 mount with my LG OLED65C1PUB tv; the Sanus web page shows this mount and tv are supported and compatible. That is true only when you have the optional-but-necessary Sanus PIABM-M1 bracket which does not come with the mount.
    Upon discovering this after purchasing the mount and getting it home to install, I realized the mount and tv will not work together. I called Sanus’ customer support and told him my mount/tv combination and asked why it won’t work. He mentioned I was the 3rd person that week that called reporting the same issue. Sanus did send out the necessary PIABM-M1 mount for free and I was in business.
    Summary: just because the Sanus site says your tv and mount are compatible doesn’t mean they are.

    Flaw in design – when we pull our tv away from the wall and turn it the bracket shofts and loosens. After about 3 tomes of doing this our new tv almost fell off the wall

    When you buy a 3000+ TV you really dont want to cheap out on a tv wall mount this Mount is so strudy and heavy duty woth great angle and sode adjustable. You get the most out of your new TV with this mount. I also ordered the mounting service from BB cause i also dont want to risk mounting it in the wall the wrong way and that would cost alot so i left it to the experts to handle it and have peace of mind.

    This wall mount is built to last and is unbelievably strong. Easily holds a large 77″ Sony OLED without and flexing or unwanted movement. Tilt and swivel work as advertised with the finish and cable management all top notch. Sanus clearly put a lot of engineering and thought into the product design. The mounting position on the wall is accomplished with the aid of an online tool that takes all of the guesswork out of the process.
    Great product overall.

    Directions for this particular model did not come with precise or even a dummied up version for installation. You need to have some mechanical and construction background to figure it out . However once we got it up and installed it works very well, made of solid grade material and works as well as I anticipated. Apart from instructions I’m very satisfied with this product.

    I always bought the cheapest wall mount for my TVs until I had a gift certificate and bought this one! Absolutely worth every penny I bought two more! So sturdy, so smooth it stays where you put it if you tilts it down it stays exactly where you place it. That goes for any direction.

    Amazing. After attaching to wall I was able to hang from the mount, i weigh 150lbs. Mount itself is quite heavy, you need 2 people to install. I put my 77″tv on it, and its great. I live the ability to pull out from wall and swivel. Spendy.

    Great TV mount. Really heavy though I had to pick it up for the cashier (70lbs boxed). Easy to mount with the template. Only issue was the cable covers had to pry up the back areas as they are inset to the frame, and you cannot slide them back unless you pop them up a bit. Hardware kit is awesome, all the spacers and mounting screw lengths allowed me to mount my sound bar hanger as well.
