If you are in the samsung eco system with your phone, then this is your projector. It usses the same smart Tizen softwate as their TVs, meaning the phone can cast to it and you can also use SmartThings on your phone to use your phone as the remote. Projector is fairly bright, not the brightest, but the software and amazing portablility make it a must have for outdoor fun and on the go.

This product sucks, i bought it when it was like almost 1000 and it randomly turns off in the middle of the movie, and its barely used at that! 3 days in and it just shuts off nothing can fix it . Waste of money i wish i could return it

I was worried about this being an open box. When I received it I could not tell it was opened box at all. This thing looks brand new. No dents or scuff marks. All part look new also. Very happy with my purchase.

All common entertainment apps auto alignment works very well on most surfaces. Speaker volume and clarity is s excellent for it’s size. Picture quality is very good, i am able to view movies very well in low light conditions.

The interface is poorly designed and not well thought out. Good luck if you lose the remote; and why doesnt Samsung include a battery? Because they can charge you for it.

Excellent in my use case. We use them for movie night in the master bedroom. The kids love it and the immersive quality and bright and sharp pictures.. but this is near black environment. The projector is not designed for high ambient light environment. it will be washed out. But in darkness this projector is briliant. Easu streaming’ built in media player and tv is awesome. The autofocus is okay but to tlget the best requires some manual turning. The swivel base is infinitely better than any static projector with riser.

1080 projector to watch games on youtubetv outside, sign me up. I used this projector to move around the house and let kids watch shows on the ceiling. Built in tuner to watch local tv and apps to watch movies. I know version 2 is out but if you done need gaming apps save money and buy this one.

This projector gets some bad reviews but because of the price not the quality. I purchased this projector open box, but excellent condition. I also purchased a two year warranty. The projector looks brand new. It was probably opened but never used. It is easy to set up right out the box and use the tilting stand. Makes it easy to set up the projector exactly where you want it and also in different ways to set it up I’ve even used it pointing at the ceiling while laying down in bed. The control works great auto focus feature and auto keystone feature. Make it really easy to set up 1080 P is this perfect for anyone nice clean picture and good sound from the projector. I would recommend the projector brand you or if you can find a good deal on the open box just get the warranty and you’ll be fine.

The projector is super easy to carry around since its only 3 pieces (the projector, power cable, and remote) and its nice to have it focus and adjust image scaling automatically. I use it at friends houses all the time and it automatically saves multiple wifi networks so i never have to set up wifi connections more than once. Super convenient and really easy to use.

The projectors operating system is so slow that it renders the thing unuseable. It probably wouldn’t be so painful if Samsung TV plus didn’t load by default but it does and despite deleting the app, it still remains on the projector. It is also probably the dullest projector I’ve ever seen. You need to be in a completely dark room for it to be visible otherwise the image is impossible to make out. I found that my unit in particular wouldn’t stay online, and no matter where it was in relation to the Wi-Fi router, it would fall, off-line fairly consistently. Stay away, do not buy!!

This is one of the best purchases we’ve made. The projector is compact and easy to take anywhere. I was surprised how big the screen can be. We’ve often used it to watch movies in the backyard with the kids or just anywhere there is an empty wall. It already come preloaded with app and you can extra as needed. The streaming from my phone works just as well. I was so happy with this that I bought my parents one for Christmas.

As an idea, it’s amazing, the Size unbelievable. now the real issues, it has a custom Micro HDMI port and it does not bring the cable for it or an adapter to a regular HDMI size cable. the auto-focus never worked and the calibration was sensitive and always changing the tilting of the image or the pan of it. the brightness not the best and if the room is not completely dark you can barely see the image.

Steer clear of this product. Not only did the one I purchase stop working after 3 months . Samsung refused to honor the warranty. The Samsung product team treats you poorly and does not even know the products they support . They are awful, insulting , and callous. i am working with the BBB for resolution and make Samsung take responsibility for their defective product. Also did some research (wish i did this
prior to my purchases)and Samsung has had several class action laws with respect to not honoring their warranty. So be warned –

This projector is very portable. We have had a few projectors it is always dreadful when the bulb stars to go. Being LED i am not concern about that. Not unsure how that works or what is the upkeep of this device but at the moment i am very satisfied. The best parts is the auto focus and the automatic keystone. It works well. Only issue i see is the brightness when my laptop is connected; video is more bright on laptop than projector. Sound is good. Can connect bluetooth with ease.
